Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector? Simply put I believe there is a lack of Inspectors during some of the sites busiest times. I want to help make up for this lack of Inspectors to allow new candidates an actual chance instead of being held in a room for several hours requesting one. I also want to try and assist with bettering ISD as far as updating documentation goes where needed or applicable.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?: I would say some things that make me suitable for this position, is how quickly I learn and pick up new things, on-top of some of the things I have done enforcement wise of the FLC. I want to bring back to life the part of ISD that revolves around actually investigation an incident, questioning individuals as needed and then making an arrest when applicable, instead of the current loop of witnessing or reviewing headcam, and going for an arrest without even questioning the suspect or writing up a semi-decent report.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?: As this is a position within leadership (Albeit junior) the first thing that comes to mind is being able to set an example to others. This to me means being able to write detailed reports, answer questions and showcase a level of maturity & professionalism on-sight to not only fellow ISD but to other departments as well. I believe the second thing to be leadership qualities, I don't mean the ability to just give orders but the willingness to put yourself in the same situations you expect others to handle, being able to provide assistance and promote learning from mistakes instead of a strictly discipline method when possible and providing meaningful feedback on the performance of those you lead to help them improve.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?: As I don't believe any of my documents to be major, I will describe the similarity of the many smaller documents (In my opinion) that I have written: A good document should have a narrative flow, whilst being accurate; arrest reports as my example, have a page where I list the offense committed, any witness testimony, answers to questions I have asked the suspect, and where applicable a link for headcam footage to ensure that if an arrest needs to be investigated, investigators of it can see exactly why I decided with my course of actions, review with detail what occurred and make a decision based off that.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?: Assist with day to day operations, get investigations started as needed to ensure the site remains safe from internal threats, and assign tasks to other ISD members, whether this be observing GSD up close, using catwalk if needed, or setting up an ID Checkpoint to prevent hostile threats from getting past with a disguise.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security: I would like to say my willingness to continue improving, and work with others to improve is one of the core reasons. I also have been working towards obtaining certifications that may be useful, most recently I got BAR certified so that I could assist with Tribunals as either a Prosecutor or a Defender when needed. It is my belief that I can do well in the position based off my arrest track record being only one minor mistake (Forgot to inform of time before sentencing, quickly corrected).
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in: James Anderson was transferred to the Internal Security Department after working with the GSD for approximately one weeks time, this transfer was done after they showcased a skill in investigation. During their first two weeks in ISD they were responsible for numerous arrests, and assisted in tracking down the "Techie Union" and assisting with the arrests on several Tech Experts for Unionizing. They continue to work on observing the tests being done to ensure compliance with all legal codes, and is notorious for filling up filing cabinets daily.
