What makes me the best candidate for Chairman? Well I usually like to stay humble on this type of subject since I believe the people you interact with should be the ones to dictate what would make me the best candidate since it coming from me obviously has some bias. However I would definitley say my friendlyness, I personally feel as though I'm easy to talk to and very open minded when it comes to others opinions. I don't feel it's right to just make executive decisions on policies, and what the players can do without either consulting them and or the other Committee members along with the rest of Foundation Command. I personnally like to interact more with the community since there are A LOT of great people who play on the server, and even for the odd level 1 troll I can take a joke and laugh at myself.
I'm not prone to hating anyone and I love working with people when it comes to making the server more fun for as many people as possible. To reiterate on what I mentioned earlier, the ONLY time I believe and executive decision MUST be made for a change is when something is balatently harmful and actively is ruining the gameplay for the players. I don't believe myself to be unreasonable, I don't believe myself to be unfriendly, and I don't believe myself to be harmful to the server.
Lastly as mentioned earlier, I haven't been an ECM for as long as some of your usual applicants, but I am confident in my ability to be a leader using experience from leading DEA twice, A-1 LTCOM, Current ECM position, and as a beginner in CI with Delcom.

I may not be a super serious larper but I get things done and I hastely respond to applications and changes. An example of this is when I came back to DEA earlier this year and promptly made changes to have Special Agent applications handled no later than three days, moved the BORTAC (DEA Subdivision on US server) Fridges back to accessible locations for them, reorginized the documents and sorted everything for future Directors, and tried to have the AS VAL either changed or buffed for the DEA Manager. I hope that alone is able to demonstrate both my passion for not being lazy, and taking into account the future of the players. Another example is after the mass resignation from A-1 on September 7th, I was more than willing to step up and help the regiment recover along with Commander Night and LT "Thordan", whether it being recuitment, document creation, discipline, and in many other categories, I'm more than willing to do what needs to get done.

- The role I am applying for within the Committee is Ethics Chairman. The reason I am applying for this role is because well someone has to be it, either it be me or another applicant, the role MUST be filled and as such I am willing to step up to the plate. Although it's only been a few months since I was accepted to join the Committee, I am confident in my ability to be an RP leader as well as make choices that will benefit server health.
