Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying for Site Director for a lot of reasons, personal and not, in my time on the server I have found myself being told of the past more often than I hear people speak of future progress. Some conversations you hear around may be about past leadership and their failures, maybe about current leadership or regiments or departments and peoples dislikes about it. I think an important quality of a leader is a positive attitude in a forward facing direction. I believe that what is the best possible step for the health of the server, is leadership who focuses less on past failures but someone who focuses on what can be fixed, how to fix it, and doing it efficiently enough to not affect others' experiences. Being able to identify a problem is one thing, but knowing how to fix issues and working well under pressure is a skill I have learned to appreciate more and more as I continue to climb the ranks within the foundation and would love the opportunity to be able to further assist members of the foundation. Another is my consistent communication I believe it is important to have someone who is able to respond quickly to issues and be able to understand and work things out before the become a bigger issue. Lack of communication between Leadership and Foundation Personnel leads to a serious disconnect within the community, a relationship that currently needs to be handled with care and delicacy due to its serious effects and I would like to create an environment where people are happier with the activity from department leaders, and more people are kept busy by interesting experiments or fun tasks given to them by their own leadership, instead of constantly fighting CI/SCP's.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe what makes me suitable for site director instead of site advisor is my overall leadership abilities, through my time in Site administration I’ve been involved in many projects while also balancing other responsibilities, some of these projects include Reworking RSD handbook, revitalization of the sampling policies, a contract between GOC and DEA to raid CI together as a united front, and some orders for department leaders such as updating handbooks and guides, making sure tryout and license exams are up to date, hosting Sr. Cl4 and departmental meetings when needed and other similar quality of life check in’s to ensure departments under me are performing to the best of their ability, ensuring all of these are qualities of a good Site Advisor, I would like to be Site Director to showcase my ability to lead on a greater scale than the platform I am currently given and to be able to be the one handing out projects to my fellow Site Administration members regarding departments with ideas and projects to help uplift regiments and others alike in their times of need. Currently Site Admin has many active orders regarding department health and while I believe this is a great step in the correct direction I believe things could be added on to that such as departmental interviews more frequently, activity check ups among Sr. CL4, among other things that would help generate better results when checking in on departments health and I feel that my skills and assets such as my good communication skills, problem solving skills, and general people skills make me better suited for the Site Director position as opposed to the Site Advisor position in these scenarios to help assure results from said orders.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Appointing Site Advisors
Internally promoting Site Managers
Assign tasks to Site Administration
Act as head judge on the Court of Appeals
Final say in all Site Admin decisions.
Hosting Sr. Cl 4 Meeting
Hosting SA Meeting
Authorizing AA/Calling ERT/Calling Code Black
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
