Discord name: Korey9626
For how long have you played on CG SCP: 260 hours since 2023, with a long vacation between 2024 and 2025.

Age: 20.
In what country are you located?: Canada.
Time zone: MST.
Character name(s): Korey Abbi, Korey Windshire.
Civilian name: Korey Windshire.
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA.
Do you have a mic?: Yep.
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
I held a position as a part of Overwatch in E-11 as an CSG.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Nope.
Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
Because I love doing medical roleplay. Since I was twelve I’ve been doing medical related roleplay (As cringe as that is). In (mostly) every single game I play, I’m usually in some kind of medical role, doing some crazy procedure or whatever.
I’m mostly on late in the day when there’s usually zero consultants, or they’re all busy. I’d really like to help with having more consultants available that late into the day, especially for the trainees that usually struggle with having licenses given out at that time.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
Ever since I got back, I’ve done nothing but play medical. The only time I’ve actually not been on Senior Doctor is to get my old licenses back. I’ve done every medical procedure currently available to me as a Senior Doctor, and feel quite confident in doing any of those again.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
While becoming interested in this application, I looked through some of the past applications people have put in (I had no idea what civilian name meant). I noticed most people in this section put down treating some kind of illnesses, but I find that too easy so instead I’m going to be explaining Autologous Skin grafting.
Autologous skin grafts are the transplantation of healthy skin from the patient to another area on their body. Skin grafts are usually used to treat third degree burns, but can be used for various other damages to the body which heavily damage the skin. They help with reducing the time spent in hospital and the amount of treatment time needed, and improving function within that area. There are two different thicknesses to skin grafts (this is important), Partial and Full. Partial only strips off the top layer, and half of the second layer. Partial can cover a larger damaged area, while Full strips the top two layers of skin and covers a lesser area. Full has a higher risk of the body rejecting the skin, but makes the donor site less painful in the long term. Full is also usually used for injury sites that usually aren’t covered by clothing.
STEP ZERO - Prepare the necessary tools, IVs, chemicals, and such. Then you can inject Codeine and Etomidate.
STEP ONE - Sanitize the area, then you can Begin debridement of the damaged area, removing any dead, heavily damaged, or infected skin.
STEP TWO - Sanitize the donor site, and start using the Dermatome (the mesher/scraper) to gather the skin. It should turn the skin into a fine mesh while gathering.
STEP THREE - Layer the mesh upon the damaged site, stretching it to fill the entire wound.
STEP FOUR - Stitch the edge of the skin mesh tightly around the wound.
STEP FIVE - Sanitize the skin graft, again.
You should have now completed an Autologous Skin Graft. Aftercare is very important, as skin grafts have a very high risk of infection and cause immense pain for the patient in the skin grafted area. The skin grafted area will require cleaning approximately every day, as it heals.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
Along with the already standing responsibilities put upon Senior Doctors, these responsibilities include: Training of trainees in their medical licenses, approving medical documents slotted for approval, overseeing the medical department with help from Senior Consultants and Medical Directors, acting as an advisory role, and just general assistance for the medical bay.
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Korey Abbi is a Métis aboriginal belonging to the Wet’suwet’en First Nation, born at Victoria General Hospital. He studied at the University of Victoria, and soon attended Victoria General Hospital as a Resident. He was offered a spot within Site-65 as a Senior Doctor and accepted the position. He’s been employed for two years within the foundation. Korey has been described as an “Eager, Charismatic doctor who finds time to care about the little things.”
Korey Abbi currently specializes within Internal Medicine, his subspecialties being with Pulmonary Diseases, Gastroenterology, and Infectiology.

I’d like to do more disease related storylines. Being a consultant would allow me to work more closely on such cases with help from biohazard researchers, and allow more resources dedicated to them. I’m quite interested in Epidemiology and find it relaxing, somehow.
I’d also like to get more into any kind of surgical storylines as well. Surgery is a marvel of human medicine and I find it so interesting.
