List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: I've been E-11 Pvt. a couple months ago on the EU server. That's about it.
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I don't believe so.
What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I've been playing on the server for quite a while now and I've been looking at how 096 behaves and plays out on the server properly and I can safely say that I have a pretty good understanding of the SCP. Being one of the most popular SCP in the universe I've already read the related documents on the official wiki and I can properly play as SCP-096.
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: SCP-096 usually huddles in a corner, face down and crying. Since he's so shy he purposefully hides his face from everyone. It's almost as if he doesn't want to kill anyone but has to if they see his face.
When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: SCP-096 is an unstoppable force, whoever has seen his face is almost certainly going to die. 096 is permitted go anywhere as long as he is hunting for his victims so D Block is no exception.

- People who are helping in the containment should be wearing SCRAMBLE headsets first of all so they don't see 096's face.
- The containment team should place a bucket over 096's head once it has calmed down.
- After putting a bucket over 096's head the containment team should use SCP Containment Beam
- After 096 is beamed the containment team should cuff 096 and escort him back to his containment chamber.
