Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
After coming back to the community somewhat, I’ve seen things that need change, things that need enforcing, things that while my time as EC and SA were not prevalent in my last run. I’m applying to show I have dedication to make life for everyone on the server fun yet realistic and bring actual RP to the RP server. Yes I've just come back in the last month but many things need to be fixed for the flow of foundation and sake the community.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I feel I'm suitable because I've worked my way up from different Regiments previously and I have great knowledge on the tasks of Site admin and High Powers Complete. I'm approachable and easy to work with, I'm competent in leading and making change within regiments and sub regiments as well as catching problems that are detrimental to the function of the Site. I'm also not afraid to say what needs to be said. I have previous experience as Site Admin hired by jeager, coupled with Ethics Committee experience bringing RP to situations and making sure O1 has their fair share of it including A1.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
Keep their assigned Department inline and working correct
work with or against GOIs by making treaties or destroying them
Manage MTFs E11 Nu7
Carry out Tribunals against CL4 Members
Uphold Site policy (COE COC Site Access)
Work permits
Authing GOI raids
Helping to manage DEA, Medical, and Research.
Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Madden San Miguel, Ex Member of the esteemed Ethics Committee and Site Administration Class - E'd into forgetting the CL5 knowledge yet remembers the time and purpose of being Ethics. Thought to of Vanished from Site-65 and the Committee as a whole but was actually sent on a Leave of Absence by the current Chair of the Committee for Madden San Miguel's previous actions that don't align with the chair's expectations. Madden Miguel Went through Re training and mental conditioning to align with the ideal of For the Foundation not for self. Madden's Ego and unwillingness to change breaks with this training, converting him into someone who might be crude when spoken to but someone who cares for the Operations and Day to Day Life for personnel, Hence why his interest in Site Administration Again. This is a test for Madden Miguel, though this doesn't mean if given a classified drug he wouldn't slip back into his old ways.
