Hazardous Environment Suit maid by the foundation Mars soul is the first person to try on the Hazardous Environment Suit maid to Protect people Mars soul was chosen because in a vote in the level 4 clearance part of the foundation they thought that he would be the most trusted with the new Hev Suit which is the nickname for the Hazardous Environment Suit after some time the higher ups thought that he should just have the Suit but test it to it's Limits from what the higher ups have seen it makes the person faster and gives the person it's own AI system to work with it and is maid to protect from nuclear radiation and with the AI it tells the person if there in Danger or if not in danger and makes the person taller by at least two more inches taller and Mars keeps a freedom SR on his back at all times just in case if any Ci show up at the Site.

hate to do this but it looks nothing like DEA, Ill change my opinion and you can throw some DEA insignia and colors on it.
