Why are you applying for Site Director?
I want to lead.
Since joining Site Administration, the position of Site Director is where I set my sights and goals. I want to guide and direct Site operations and have a greater impact on RP. I can guarantee that after all the experience that I have had within the server now, I can confidently lead the site in this position and also positively impact RP not just for Foundation but, the US server as a whole. I can bring a positive outlook, solid activity, generate fun and engaging scenarios, and assist players in any way possible. This is a position I would plan on holding for as long as I could in order to create a stable and good environment within not only Site Admin but the server as a whole.
What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:
I believe that I have the potential and drive to perform in this role not just to standard but, above the standard. I have high expectations not only for myself but for roleplay a whole. I don't think you could find someone with a better outlook and attitude than myself. I have the enthusiasm, activity, and work ethic to back up everything that this role requires. I have obtained more than enough experience within my various positions to be able to understand what a Site Director needs to handle in RP and out of RP. You can ask many people that I have been in leadership roles above and they would tell you that, while I have my moments, I have been an excellent leader in leading RP, generating projects, maintaining documents, and staying generally on top of everything. I can also happily take any criticism that I receive and improve myself. I always try to make time for anyone that has any questions of me and guide them in a good direction. That is why I believe I fit this role so well.
What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:
- Ensuring adherence to the FLC, CoE, and CoC
- Assisting department leaders with leading their departments
- Appointing Department Directors (Except ISD and RSD)
- Authorizing sweeps of D-Block
- Authorizing raids of GOIs
- Authorizing AA when necessary
- Allowing in GOIs for assistance with breaches
- Leading GOI relations alongside DEA
- Watching over Site Administration
- Assisting with policy change in departments and assisting with the whitelisting of documents
- Authorizing passive breaches
- Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation
- Leading and attending meetings
- Doling out punishment to department heads when needed
- Approving D Class work permits
- Dealing with Level 2 appeals
- Performing and authorizing audits on departments
- Provide accurate and up to date monthly reports on departments
