What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I am the best candidate for OA because of my extensive experience on the server and various leadership/RP positions. I have a strong understanding of the RP environment on the server and what people tend to enjoy when it comes to RP. I am a very dedicated when it comes to RP, always seeking out RP scenarios.
I'm very dedicated to my roles, striving to get orders done and being the best I can. I am also a big fan of document writing.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
Overseer Assistants carry out the order and will of the Overseer Council, being the eyes and ears of the Council while they are off site. They are placeholders for Site Operation, in case none others are online to carry out these Operations. Some of these operations being authorizing AA, sweeps, and kill orders. OA's keep tabs on the departments, conducting reviews and audits when needed.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
I wish to become an Overseer Assistant because it will be a new avenue of RP for me, allowing me to delve into more unique RP scenarios and situations.
I want to experience something new on the server, as I've done nearly all other things to do (except for RSD and Site Admin/Command).

Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Marshal J. Strait, before joining the Foundation, was a lifelong criminal. He went from hanging with petty gangs to running a medium scale gun-running operation.
He supplied weapons to anyone who paid, morals and ethics non-existent for Marshal. He began to tread dangerous territory when he began supplying weapons to the Chaos Insurgency, who in his mind was just another militant group. He supplied the Chaos Insurgency for many years, over time picking up on bits and pieces of who they actually. This didn't stop him, though, instead furthered his interest in the anomalous, more specifically anomalous weaponry. Marshal managed to get into contact with Marshal, Carter and Dark Ltd, using their services to purchase weaponry then turning around and selling it to whoever for profit. This would put him on the radar of the SCP Foundation, and after several months of cat and mouse, Marshal was eventually caught.
Originally Marshal was held for detainment, but his connections in the underground proved to be a valuable asset for the Foundation, both in supplying them, and tracking down who the weapons were being sold to. This was a massive blow to many Groups of Interest, but primarily the Chaos Insurgency. Marshal was kept under a very watchful eye, but had shown loyalty to the Foundation, which made him gain the trust of the Foundation enough to get permanent employment. Marshal spent several months training, and eventually joining MTF Iota-10. He infiltrated and got himself nice and cozy within the ATF, engaging with anomalous groups and moving their weaponry to SCP Safehouses for several years.
In early 2026, Marshal was investigating a potential GOI when he was attacked by said group. This attack, while eventually thwarted, left Marshal unable to serve in the Mobile Task Force, forcing him into retiring from the regiment. He was in limbo, his skills not fitting for most departments available to him. That's when he was approached by a woman in a suit, only introducing herself as an Assistant to the Council. She explained that the Council had their eye on him, for both his skills in Iota-10, and his time before The Foundation.
