What O5 role are you applying for, and why (give the specific O5 number):
O5-4, as it is the currently empty seat
What makes you the best candidate for the O5 Council?:
I have proven myself, time and time again, that I act above the standard. I don't believe that you could find many with more enthusiasm and genuine care to put into their role than myself. I have tons of good experience and knowledge that would, I believe, allow me to perform my duties as O5-4 and working with the other Council members in an amazing manner. My leadership in various roles has been exemplary, and you could ask many of those would have been under my wing and that I can perform my duties with little or no direction, well. I also know that I can take any criticism well and appreciate any guidance I am given on how to genuinely perform better if need be. My availability doesn't leave much to be questioned either, as I have an almost 4-day V-Time
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council in RP?:
-Approving high-risk testing, termination attempts, and research projects that require direct O5 oversight.
-Overseeing the Site Director’s performance and operations, ensuring their leadership remains stable and effective.
-Serving as one piece of the authority for all Foundation wide actions and directives.
-Safeguarding the Foundation’s integrity and ensuring all classified data remains protected.
-Collaborating or clashing with the Ethics Committee when necessary to drive narrative changes and roleplay.
-Upholding the Foundation’s Code of Conduct across all personnel. This includes updating and refining policies to align with the Council’s vision and direction.
-Taking charge during large issues that threaten Site or Foundation stability.
-Authorizing the use of the Alpha warhead when containment has completely failed, ERT is called and gone, and no other options remain.
-Developing and leading immersive events and initiatives to engage personnel across all clearance levels.
- Voting on the appointment of OSA's
-Directing Overseer Assistants and A-1 units to carry out Council mandates and maintain an active presence in the Foundation.
- Organizing, taking part in, or leading tribunals
What are the responsibilities of the O5 Council out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
They maintain the CoC. The O5 council deals with the applications for Site Director, Director of Research, Overseer Assistants and they chose the A-1 Commander.
O5 is oversight, over site. They work with other RP leads. Site Admin, Ethics Committee, Department Leaders, GOI Officers and COMs, and create interesting and valuable RP. They can also deal with certain demotions that happen within the server.
