For how long have you played on CG SCP: 2 years
Age: 14 (Turning 15 on Dec 27th.)
In what country are you located?: USA
Time zone: GMT-7 (Mountain Standard Time)
Character name(s): Tyler Tylenol (Foundation), Vladimir Ashock <RAM - I> (CI)
Civilian name: Tyler Creatine
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?: Yes
-
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held: ISD Agent
-
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: I have received 2 ERP bans that never expire. They were given to me because when the admin joined and banned me, they only could go off of what was happening in chat, not in voice chat, so I got banned for something taken out of context twice. I have a current ban for Severe Toxicity, I believe it was because I had accidentally pressed a button that set off a sound on my soundboard that was not acceptable, I usually only use it in group dms with friends. The Severe Toxicity wears off on Dec 20th.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?: As an ISD agent, you have to actively enforce the Code of Ethics and make judgements on what could have caused the rules stated in the Code of Ethics to have been violated/broken. I have been on the site for a while now and have well versed myself in the lore of SCPRP and also in the CoE, I have to follow this a lot as I have usually been playing as a Sr Researcher in tests that require ethics approval to see if they are ok to conduct. Also because Im good at making judgements that people would make if I was them (Ex. Using the information you know about your superiors to make a judgement on a test and if it is ok or not).
-
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?: ECAs are supposed to be kind of like the errand runners for the Ethics Committee, doing things for their superiors that they themselves would not like to do as they deem it not required for their presence or just want their Assistant to do it for them. ECAs also can judge tests regarding ethical approval and give their personal judgement on the test if it would be ok with their superiors if they are not on and give them advice on how to improve or change the test for a better chance at getting approval from their superiors and the Ethics Committee. After the person changes the test or improves it, the Assistant can then make a copy of it and put it in a location where they will find it, then they will hand it off to their superiors to look over it to see if it is ok or not and they can also support or not support the test in question. (Edit: ECAs are to authorize AA during code 5s if needed, edit and make documents regarding or including the Ethics Committee, supervise testing (when needed), review and authorize work permits for D-class (if they are within good standing to personnel), authorize tests if it is permitted while Ethics Members are offline or if the test is something minor, ensure the well being of D-class is being maintained and improved and not degraded, and to work with the members of the O-1 subdivision of the MTF when it is necessary for them.)

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Tyler Tylenol is your normal everyday researcher for the foundation, conducting tests, writing summaries and documents. But one day, something changed, something made him want something, for all humans to die... But he prevailed and he broke free from it... the thing that controlled him once realized... "If I wait just some more, maybe he can help the world instead of destroy it and get people to accept me as one of their own...". He set out to pursue being an IA (ISD now) Agent, trying to punish those who wrong and those who do not obey the laws and rules of the land. The more and more he had devoted his life to ISD, the more he started to find that people are breaking ethic codes and rules that were set in place to better humanity and the facility itself. One day, an Ethics Committee member went through his documents from when he was a Sr. Researcher, and saw... "These documents are excellent, his discipline, will to obey, and chase for ethical perfection could come quite handy to us.". Two days later, he was contacted by an Assistant, telling him they were interested in having him as an Assistant to them and could help pursue his chase for ethical perfection as long as he helped them keep the site in check and help their members make some decisions they needed an external voice to help in the final result. His storyline would be a storyline to achieve ethical perfection across the site (A undisputed expectation and average that would allow the ethics committee to have a break for a little bit until people started asking for more than ethics). He shall pursue a goal the whole site should reach, the need for ethical approvals to be lowered and the ability to test without ethics approval and just need them to be there to know if their test is truly ok and within the bounds of the confinement that is the CoE.
