For how long have you played on CG SCP: Around two weeks now, active almost everyday.
Age: 16
In what country are you located?: United States
Time zone: EST
Character name(s): Agent "Orion"
Civilian name: Bob Jobs
What server are you applying for? (SCP-RP UK or SCP-RP USA): USA
Do you have a mic?:
- Yes, It is my main source of communication.
List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- MTF E-11 PVT "Orion"
Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- No kicks/bans/warnings ever.
Why are you applying for Intelligence Ambassador?
- I am applying for Intelligence Ambassador to take my role in Intelligence to the next level. I really enjoy what Intel does and I want to make an impact to the angency. I already enjoy guiding new players to the ins and outs of intel, and I think if I take my career in Intel to the next level, I can do this a lot more frequently and a lot more efficiently via training new Intel agents and helping them their first few hours on the job.
What makes you suitable for Intelligence Ambassador?:
- I think my passion, dedication and ability to work well and coordinate with others makes me a excellent candidate for the Intelligence Ambassador role. As I said earlier, I really enjoy Intelligence and the more I play, the more of a passion I grow for the agency. I am also very dedicated to the agency and improving its new novice agents and also its image. I usually spend lots of time, more than three hours a day on the job, which even though I've only been a part of the community for a short time, I think this activity I put into the server makes up for my short time on the server and has given me all the experience I need to become an Ambassador. I also believe I work well with other agents and I have also formed many friendships with a lot of them. Some of them are the ones that drive me to strive and become a better agent and take my role in the agency to the next level.
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
- I have only written a few documents, but the few I have written I have put lots of time and effort into. I am a strong believer in QUALITY over QUANTITY. Anybody can make a short, uninteresting and uneventful doc to fill a quota, but I believe every doc should be informational, well written and have a lot of effort poured into it. Also must have the main aspects of a good and full doc, such as organised, clean and good grammar.
What are the responsibilities of the Intelligence Ambassador in RP?:
- The responsibilities of Intelligence Ambassadors are as follows and not limited to
1. Overseeing the Intel agency: While the director is not on and even when they are, Ambassadors are to watch over the agency and manage its members to ensure that the agency is running as smooth as possible with the upmost efficiency and professionalism.
2. The training of new agents: As an ambassador, it is their responsibility to train new recruits who wish to join the agency. If I am to get accepted, I myself will ask every time a new agent has passed their test if they want a guide to their first few hours of intelligence.
3. Training for espionage/interrogation: This one is important. Without this training, intelligence would lose some of its key roles within the foundation.
4. Approving/denying permits: When a MC&D asks to receive a permit, it is the Ambassadors job to accept/deny the request for a permit. If accepted, the Ambassador must also assign a escort for said individual.
5. There is much much more that falls under the responsibilities of a Intel Ambassador and those are just the few, key ones.
Please give some lore about your Intelligence Ambassador character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Agent "Orion"s birthplace is unknown but he was found by a trucker on the side of a American interstate. Given the name Jared Jones when he was dropped off at the local fire station to be transported and taken in by a orphanage in New Jersey. Jared Jones throughout his youth had been a delinquent and has never had the love of a mother nor a father and he blamed the world for putting him in this position. Although he got into trouble outside of the orphanage, the nannies watching over him absolutely adored him and noticed at a young age that he was a bright and smart young kid who just ended up in the wrong place at the wrong time. They understood that and eventually when he was fully grown they raised enough money to send him off to a good college. It is unknown what he majored in but during college he was looked at by a CIA internship program. He was picked and tutored in the art of intelligence gathering and espionage. Here during his internship he met a lot of great men, and for the first time in his life he found something worth more than the love his nannies provided him, brotherhood. He realized he would do anything for the other agents who he called, his true family, the ones that trained him and the others he worked alongside with. And one day right before he was about to graduate and become a full time special agent, something tragic happened. He was getting ready for bed to face his big day when all of a sudden, alarms went off at George Bush Center For Intelligence (the CIA HQ). At the time, he and all of his brothers were stationed there. All personnel were advised to evacuate. While he was running to the exit he heard many screams and loud stomps inside the HQ. He saw helicopters fly in with weird symbols of a circle with three arrows intersecting in the middle, creating a triangle. At the time Jared had no idea what this ghost organization was, but he saw heavily armed guards dismount and move into the facility. He ran around, asking questions to other personnel if they had seen his various friends and partners, but got no luck. No less than 15 minutes after the first alarm sound, a loud explosion rocked the building, destroying the support beams and collapsing the building. Jared rushed to the rubble to investigate. He teared at the debris screaming out the names of his friends and partners. But after his lungs filled with the dust and debris from the explosion, he collapsed and passed out. When he awoke in a hospital, all he heard for the next hour was all the same word over and over again "sorry, they didn't make it." Jared was devastated and he wanted to get to the bottom of this. He asked around until he overheard the very top of the CIA talking to men in suits in a conference room. He heard the words "SCP" and "secret." He busted through the door and ran in. He started hammering them with questions until the man in the suit stopped him. He said sternly and to his face "Jared, your friends were all killed by monsters." Jared had no clue what he was talking about. He later was told he was already being looked at by this organization called the SCP foundation. He learned everything about the SCP foundation, and was taken in by a recruiter and it was pounded into his head how everyone he cared about was dead, and all because of a SCP. He was furious. But at the end the man in the suit offered him a choice. "You work with us, and avenge your fallen, or you forget all of this ever happened and you live in mystery about how everyone you loved is dead." He chose the first option. He started as a intern and was handpicked because of his field of expertise into the Intelligence Agency of the SCP Foundation. He was transferred to Site-56 and it is where he currently resides and works.
