What makes you suitable for SCP-22415?:
I have almost 3 years of experience on this server, and have much roleplay experience with it. I also prefer passive RP over violent RP like SCP-096. (Which is why I'm applying for 22415 over 096)
What is the usual behaviour of SCP-22415?:
Providing assistance with each instances (Dash one, two, and three) special abilities and assisting those of good morals when their life is threatened. Example, a tech expert fleeing from rogue SCP-682. They may hang around personnel, or wonder around authorized areas of the facility in their free time.
When there's a CI raid, you see MTF's combatting CI, you also see researchers running away from the fight. Who do you aid and why?
I would aid the researchers and other non-combatives, as they are upholding better morals then the MTF and CI.

No, as the researcher cannot defend themselves against the SCP and would be certainly killed at my hands. The loss of any life is immoral.
You are playing as SCP-22415-1. A D-Class is proactively escaping D-block, he is low on health and demanding medical attention what do you do?
It depends on the circumstances, if they are laying fire upon others I would not provide aid, as keeping them alive longer causes more harm to more people. If they are not harming others, and are merely fleeing but being shot at, I would provide medical aid.
