Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?
- I am applying for medical consultant because of three Reasons
Drive/ambition- I Feel I have a drive for the betterment of the medical department and want to see my ambitions in the field met. Furthermore, I wish to become a consultant for the sake of my genuine interest and love for the department and the members of it, I also enjoy the practices involved with the department and wish to better connect the medical department to the research department with my Executive researcher role.
Moral compass- I have deeply rooted morals with my time as Executive and feel that the medical department aligns with my morals perfectly and I wish to ensure that all lower within the department are having fun while also running a smooth and clean department.
Time- Finally, recently since I have joined the department have had amazing interactions with everyone involved with the department. I love the consultant team and would love to lead and work with them for the betterment of the department and people in it. Also, I love mentoring and assisting people as with my time as an Exec and would love to be a part of an amazing team of capable consultants with the same aim of helping those below in the department and helping keep the department running smoothly.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
- I believe I am suitable for the position of consultant because of my unyielding desire for the betterment of the department and I truly would love to be more involved in its inner workings. Also, as per consultant responsibilities mentoring those in the department would be much easier with my time as an Executive assisting those with anything from papers to tests. Also involving my Executive background, it gives me an insight on the responsibilities of a CL4 postion. Finally, my knowledge and experience I have gained through my time as a combat medic as to how the medical department operates on a daily basis as well as my willingness to work with others in the department as well as the foundation on anything.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
-I will explain the medical procedure of Electroshock Therapy
Step 1- Patient arrives and states their problem/issue.
Step 2- Assess and diagnose whether EST is a suitable and required procedure for the ailment.
Step 3- Upon a diagnosis lead the patient to the EST room/operating room.
Step 4- Reassure the patient nothing will come of them.
Step 5- ask the patient if they "Have been revied in this lifetime" and "Do you consent."
Step 6- Kindly ask the patient to line up facing the wall behind the caution tape.
Step 7- Tell the patient it the following procedure will feel like a prick and whatever they do not to go to the light.
Step 8- After assuring them throw the harpoon and defibrillator the patient repeating the phrase "don't go to the light."
Step 9- Once the patient has been revived fully heal them and ensure the previous aliment has been cured.
Step-10 Thank them for their time and cooperation and discharge.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
-preforming medical procedures and treatment, giving the medical License test and the License itself, and finally ensuring the day to day operations run smoothly on both the physical side and paperwork side
Please give some lore about your Medical Consultant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
growing up in the small town of Dawson City, Yukon, Canada CODE NAME "Unit" grew up following in his fathers footsteps, though some including unit may consider it his shadow, as a doctor where he seen many small superficial wounds and sprains. Though that all changed when the war began. Filled with spirit and being the ripe age of 27 Unit felt it his duty to enlist and fight as a combat medic. He and his regiment (48th Highlanders of Canada) specialized in quick strikes and retreats. Due to this his regiment saw some of the harshest fighting of the war. Luckly the regiment had three extremely capable medics, Unit, Otis, and Jack. All of which was absolute best friends. who single handedly saved the lives of all the members thrice times over. However not all could be saved and in their last moments Unit was there, this took a major toll on the young fighter who began questioning why he had to watch some of his closest friends die in front of his own eyes knowing there was nothing he could do to change their fate other than comfort them. However, Luckly for Unit his best friends Jack and Otis still remained at his side. Unfortunately, no one is invincible, Unit quickly learned this as at the battle of "Kings point" his platoon came under heavy fire from a planned ambush and in the hail of bullets Otis was struck in the lower thigh and upper torso. Jack realizing his peril sprang into action a full 38 meters away, dodging bullets, explosions, and fellow soldiers before making at his friend's side. Unit by this time had patched up a new enlisted and turned to see his friend being patched up and began making his way towards the pair. Before a Bright light almost godlike flashed at a point of singularity right at their feet then BOOM. Unit was then awoken in a high-state facility with only the recollection of his friends being caught up in an explosion by an unknown third party, unknowing if they are alive. Once he completely came to his surroundings 3 men in sharp dressed suits approached his hospital bed and spoke of an accident. Following this event Unit displayed no strong emotions other than an unshaken desire for ethics and morals. it wasn't until 5 years after the events he was asked to be a part of "Something bigger than himself" caring not for his own life he was administered a liquid and all recollection of the past events were erased.
