What will you do to stop this from happening again: Stop cuffing IA agents and uncuffing the person their arresting.

Prior to this, have you ever been warned/kicked/banned?
I have been banned twice, once for minor glitching and once for stealing. (i have 2 more but i was accidently banned by someone those 2 times)

Why should you be unbanned:
I was banned for cuffing an IA agent and then uncuffing the person their arresting, which I dont think is failRP. After I got banned I made a ticket in discord asking if it was failRP and a senior moderator said it's not failRP but really annoying.

How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: N/A

Why do you want to rejoin this server?:
because this server is really fun and I dont wanna be unable to play because of a false ban

Hello Pupper, Thanks for taking the time to put in a ban appeal. So you received the ban because at the time you were playing as a containment specialist and doing something that a containment specialist would not normally do in RP, such as cuffing an IA agent and releasing someone who was about to be arrested. As the fail rp rule states you must act realistically as the character you are playing and make decisions according to the job, and personally I don't think a containment specialist would be making those types of decisions.

Hi @Carminedaboi ,

Thanks for taking the time to make a complaint.

As stated above from you and the staff member. Cuffing someone to then release the person cuffed by Internal Affairs would be Failrp since you are not allowed to hinder the person getting arrested unless you are a CO of the person getting arrested and have talked with the agent arresting. As a containment specialist your job is to assist E-11 in recontaining SCP's that have broken out of their Containment Cells. Cuffing an IA Agent is not one of your duties. So the ban for Failrp will remain on record.

Based on the above, no action will be taken regarding your complaint.
