What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?: I want to help out where I can, work further for Site Command, and help more with the law side of RP involving arbitrations. Additionally, I work well with others and am very knowledgeable on policies around the server from various different groups due to my extensive ISD background. I know large amounts about the base departments, some basic knowledge of the MTF groups, and some basic knowledge of the way Site Command works so I am able to assist in answering questions, providing guidance to newer players, and helping be another face working within Ethics.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?: ECAs work on carrying out orders of the Ethics Committee and working on operations. They do duties of the Committee and act with the ECM's authority when under their orders. They may do things such as monitoring groups for ethical violations, auditing something for the ECMs, gathering things for the ECMs, etc. They additionally, report directly to the member they are assigned under with reports of what has been going on around the Site and what violations they have noticed consistently occurring. ECAs also work on arbitrations when they are called for to view and determine the evidence of an arrest so that it may either go to court as an official arbitration or it may be dismissed if the evidence is too clear as a violation and court would be a waste of time.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
"Adagio" Elderwood was originally a chemist who was recruited by the Foundation due to his work. He was on a trip to Canada and had been working on different chemical compositions when he found a strange substance. After testing this substance and working with different chemicals, he developed a crude version of Class-A amnestics. The Foundation caught news of this through a tapped phone line while he was making a call about a new chemical that he had created as they had been observing him for a short period of time. They kidnapped him and brought him to an undisclosed location and gave him an option to either work for them for a substantially higher pay with more interesting work than he could ever have imagined or to be left back to being a regular old scientist. He thought about his brothers back at home but decided this would be something they would want him to do. He was refused the ability to contact them again and was taken to one of the Foundation's Sites and set up as a researcher. While researching, he got promoted through the ranks up to an Executive Researcher. He felt like trying something new while researching and joined the DEA as well. He was eventually promoted to DEA Senior Agent. He additionally worked a little in Internal Affairs for a time. He worked as a Senior Agent for a while more but went fully back to Research when members of Site Inspection tasked him with specific research according to a project he had developed. He worked for a while on the project until it neared completion but it never got completed in the end due to complications. He took a break and came back as a member of ISD in which he has worked up the ranks to assist in upholding the Site Legal Codes to prevent issues that he had seen arise in the past through research and other branches. He had acquired a position as the Field Training and Education Commissioner in ISD after a lengthy time as an Inspector. He worked on different ideas for ISD Training and Education. When ISD had its sub-regiments disbanded, he was assigned to Special Operations and worked to maintain LE relations. He has worked under that assignment until being promoted to a Director position in ISD. He then worked as a Director for many months until he decided to work more closely to Ethics and assist the Committee as best as he can to carry out their will.
