Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?- I have played as an ISD Operative pretty much as soon as I got on the server, I did a few hours as D-Class, then I donated to get the Operative role because It seemed like something I would like, and I have played it ever since. Even going so far as to attain the position of Investigator. I would also like to have a more hands on approach to shaping ISD, given the recent overhaul of the Department, I want the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of the Department.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:- I have personally written 7-10 arrest reports as well as an investigation report that was assigned to me by the then Ambassador Strekel "Sentinel" Kosnykov, I have also on occasion taken notes in meetings for the Director when requested. A good document should be structed, detailed, concise and informative, no lines wasted and no relevant information omitted.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:- To ensure that agents and operative are doing their jobs and following the rules and regulations, conducting investigations and gathering evidence. Inspectors must set the gold standard for the CL3 of ISD as they are the ones who set the precedent for the Agents and Operatives, they should seek to ensure that the Rules and Regulations are being enforced and followed appropriately.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:- Throughout my tenure with Civil Networks, 90% of my playtime has been devoted to the Internal Security Department (formerly IA) It is the department I am the most passionate about, I have always been one for making sure that all foundation personnel are treated fairly, and that all follow the rules of the foundation, regardless of rank or any other factor. I always confirm that the action I or others are taking when fulfilling our duties are correct, reasonable, and justifiable, no one likes a power trip. I also currently hold a CL3 leadership role as Investigator, so I have prior experience, although not nearly as much responsibility as that of an Inspector or greater. In short, make sure everyone is having a good time, but not ruining the experience for others, and handle it appropriately if need be.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:Much of Adam's file has been either forgotten or the originals redacted, little is know of Adam, even to himself, which some may see as odd or somewhat sad, but to Adam, his life began as soon as he was brought to Site-65. Adam isn't stupid though, he knows that there is much he does not know, but these things are insignificant and serve no purpose in his cause. What cause you may ask? Loyalty. Loyalty to Whom you may ask? His support, his blood, his sweat, and everything is he, is owed to a man only known as "Sentinel" this he knows, and abides. Adam does what Sentinel needs, from personal security to a spy, and if needed, a fall guy. Adam knows that he owes everything to Sentinel, the why does not matter to Adam and means that Adam will sacrifice himself to serve the will of the Sentinel.
The nature of Adams lack of knowledge are due to a mind wipe, why this was performed is unknown, but he knows that it was done, as he will have recurring nightmares of bright flashing lights and intense pain, but this is as far back as his memory goes. In more recent memory Adam does know that he is apart of some sort of special unit assigned by Sentinel himself, his color, Red is what he is referred to, and the only other color he is aware of is "White" who Adam knows that they were trained and reshaped within the same time frame, and that he befell a similar mind wipe as Adam. White and Adam often work together when Sentinel deems it necessary, whether it be deep undercover investigations, or "Advanced Interrogation" as Sentinel calls it, which White seems to be specialist of.
Sentinel is Adam's one and only priority, from the moment he set upon the site, Adam serves Sentinel without question. Adam still does as his role requires within the ISD and that of the foundation, notably, when Sentinel is offsite, Adam can almost be described as cheery and relaxed. Once Sentinel is on sight, this behavior shifts, almost as though a subconscious switch flips, and he becomes cold, calculating, and quiet, eerily quiet. Unless he is performing a duty for Sentinel, he is actively attached to him at all times, guarding Sentinel's life with his own.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
-I think that my time served as an Operative and as Inspector within the Internal Security Department has given me a familiarity with the Rules and Regulations of the foundation as a whole, as well as with the policies and procedures of ISD. Rules and Regulations aren't everything however, you must also have a good attitude towards others, whether they be your lesser, equals, or higher ups, everyone should be treated with the same due regard. I have also spent some time with a few of the current Inspectors and Commissioners as well as with the Director of Internal Security himself, and have familiarized myself with them.What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
- An Internal Security Inspector is the first real step into a leadership position within ISD, with Investigator being more of a "Team Lead" role in my eyes. An ideal Inspector is one that is informed and informative, one that ensures their Agents, Operatives, And Inspectors are following the rules and regulations of the Foundation and the Server, and that they are not misusing or abusing their power.
