List all whitelisted, MTF, or CI roles that you hold or have held:
- Exec researcher, MTF E-11, Overseer Assistant, Site Advisor, Site Manager, O5-4, O5-2, O5-1, Nu7, O-1, Special Agent , DEA Manager, CI-C Delcom-MCOM, DEA Director

Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- ya
Why are you applying for Site Advisor?

- I'm applying for Site Advisor because I am happy with what I have done with DEA and am confident I can leave it in good hands with my current leadership team. I'm ready to move up from Dpt. Director and work with a new department. While being over DEA would be the obvious choice, I don't want to move up from the position just to still work with the same department. If I were to pick a department to be over if I get Site Advisor, it would be Research. I have become good friends with Frederick and would like to work with him more and the Research department.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

- I have a lot of experience. I have been in SA and SC before and now have Dept. Director experience. I am someone who can work with any department I am given, and I make sure not to overstep or make decisions on my own. I understand that being over a department doesn't make me the lead of it I am there to assist the Director/COMs when needed or asked and provide advice based on my own experience. I am also a fairly patient person, so I can deal with issues when needed without being stressed out.

What are the responsibilities of Site Administration in RP?:

- Ensuring adherence to the FLC, CoE, and CoC
- Assisting department leaders with leading their departments
- Authorizing sweeps of D-Block
- Authorizing raids of GOIs
- Authorizing AA when necessary
- Allowing in GOIs for assistance with breaches
- Assisting with GOI relations
- Watching over your assigned department
- Assisting with policy change in departments and assisting with the whitelisting of documents
- Authorizing passive breaches
- Both leading and assisting in RP across the Foundation
- Leading and attending meetings
- Doling out punishment to department heads when needed
- Approving D Class work permits

I am going to have Chat GPT write a reason for it.

To Whom It May Concern,

As the standing Ethics Chairman of the SCP Foundation, I, Jay Rowling, am writing to formally express my unequivocal support for the appointment of Thorn as the Site Advisor of Site-65. This recommendation is not made lightly. It is the product of careful reflection on Thorn's unparalleled history of service, operational excellence, and ethical evolution across the most sensitive and demanding roles within and beyond Foundation walls.

Thorn's career has been nothing short of extraordinary. He has worn many masks—each one revealing another layer of his capability, resilience, and strategic vision. He formerly held the position of O5-1, “The Truth”, one of the most secretive and critical roles within the Foundation’s leadership. The title alone speaks volumes—not just to the influence he held, but to the weight of responsibility he bore. As O5-1, Thorn demonstrated not only command over top-level decisions but also a commitment to the very principles that bind the Foundation together: the protection of humanity, the concealment of anomalies, and the ethical administration of power in a world where absolute truth is rarely absolute.

Even more compelling is Thorn’s background as a Major Commander within the Chaos Insurgency. This chapter of his life is not a blemish, but a vital piece of the puzzle that makes him uniquely suited for Site-65. He has stood on both sides of the line. He understands the insurgent mindset, the motivations that drive internal and external threats, and the ideological fault lines that most Site Advisors never get close to. Thorn does not simply react to danger—he anticipates it. He understands the language of dissent, the architecture of rebellion, and the ways in which power can be corrupted or wielded for purpose. That insight alone makes him an irreplaceable asset at a facility as politically and operationally complex as Site-65.

Presently, as Director of the DEA (Department of External Affairs), Thorn has showcased his extraordinary capacity to build and manage diplomatic relations across anomalous, governmental, and interdimensional entities. He has walked the razor-thin line between cooperation and confrontation with unmatched composure. His handling of external threats, public perception risks, and inter-agency coordination has been exemplary and speaks to his ability to manage the volatile environment of Site-65.

Site-65 is not just another outpost—it is a geopolitical fulcrum of anomalous interest, a beacon for both the unexplained and the unstable. To guide it safely requires someone who is more than just competent—it requires someone who is battle-tested, politically astute, ethically grounded, and operationally ruthless when necessary. Thorn is all of those things.

More than his résumé, I trust Thorn's moral compass. He is a man who has lived through contradiction, who has betrayed and been betrayed, and who has emerged not only standing—but striving to do better. It is that hard-earned perspective, that understanding of gray morality, that allows him to lead not with blind idealism, but with informed conviction.

In conclusion, I believe Thorn's appointment as Site-65 Site Advisor is not only justified—it is essential. He carries with him not just experience, but wisdom. Not just authority, but accountability. And in a world built on secrets, he is one of the few who knows which truths must be told, and which must be buried.

Sincerely,
Jay Rowling
Ethics Committee Chairman

O Thorn, thou blighted spawn of folly and malice! Thou art a knave wrapped in ignorance, a jester unfit even for the court of fools. Thy words drip venom, yet thine own tongue betrayeth thee, for wit and wisdom flee thy presence like honest men from plague. Wouldst thou scheme, thy plots unravel like rotted cloth, so base and brutish are thy designs. A villain thou art, yet lacking the cunning to wear the cloak of deceit — nay, even the Devil would deny thee as kin, lest his name be sullied by thine ineptitude. Go hence, wretched Thorn, and trouble this world no more with thy noisome breath and brainless bile.
