What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

- Demonstrate the ability to observe and evaluate Foundation operations to ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics and report any violations accurately and professionally.
- Assist senior Ethics Committee members by following directives, conducting preliminary investigations, and completing assigned administrative tasks.
- Act responsibly when authorized to approve limited ethical decisions (such as AA access or Class-D KOS) in accordance with protocol and only when senior Ethics members are unavailable.
- Maintain clear and detailed documentation of incidents, ethical concerns, and staff conduct for review by the Ethics Committee.
- Serve as a neutral on-site representative of the Ethics Committee, communicating effectively with departments while respecting the chain of command.
