What makes you suitable for SCP-096?: I would say my willingness to RP in most situations on SCP (Even some RP during breaches on occasion)

What is the usual behaviour of SCP-096 when pacified?: Server: He remains sitting down in a corner of a cell (Roaming after 1 minute if breached) | Lore: 096 remains on the east side of his cell, mostly pacing throughout the day.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?: When breached 096 is allowed to go wherever his target is. They are not allowed to beeline straight to D-Block unless their target happens to be inside D-block

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process: Server: Teams will put on SCRAMBLE gear, and place a bucket onto 096's head. At which point they will wait until all of his targets have been killed before beaming him to bring back to his chamber.
Lore (ish): Containment teams will begin by securing all towns in the path of 096, they will bag every person and bring them out into an open area. As 096 approaches containment teams will divert their eyes or move into a position where they will not be able to view 096's face. If the target is in that town, containment teams will wait until 096 becomes docile and begin approaching, either from behind or while faced away until they reach him, before placing a bag onto his head.
