Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?:
I'm applying to be a Executive Researcher because I yearn for learning, teaching, and results. While maintaining some form of mentoring to those that ask me for assistance, I go out of my way to explain the questions that lingers in the back of the head. As time goes on, I see and deal with projects that can make one question how an anomaly operate. The research department is the place I go to when I want to express my thinking and way of understanding. When other junior researchers approach me for questions, I always try to be informative so they can understand it, digest it, and be able to explain it back. Overall, my personality and teaching method will be a great contribution to the department to help it expand, not only in the minds of the researchers, but the hearts as well.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I follow my three R's as a Sr Researcher: Research, Refine, and Re-teach. When dealing with an anomaly, I like to understand the nooks and crannies of what makes it special. Refining comes from reshaping the way we understand how an anomaly operates and why it acts/behaves the way it does. Re-teach is the key to explaining new possibilities of such anomaly to new Junior Researchers and Sr Researchers+. I expect results and and numbers when conducting experiments as to prevent unnecessary errors. When something is wrong or if someone doesn't feel like they are being voices, I always speak up for them as I was once in their shoes.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
I believe 2 was excellent-graded. What makes a document excellent is determined by three things: Format, detail, and passion. The format acts as a base line for clarity, understanding, and organization. The researcher should be able to tell what he reading and what page is about. Detail requires time stamps, dates, logs, and even the underlines to make the reading more immersive, as if they were the one that conducted the experiment. Last and most important, passion. How much you put into a document and how creative you can be is preference. In a sense, your document must give the reader an idea what you did and where to bounce off of. Most of the time, readers want to be invested in not only the thought but how well planned an experiment was which gave you the result. This way, piggy backing will be more easier and straight forward since you set rung for them to step on.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
I believe there is 5 priorities and I will list and explain them at the end:
1st priority: Ensure what you do have a valid reason behind it.
2nd priority: Teach what you do know, and if you don't know, try to understand and then teach it.
3rd priority: You are human, take breaks and don't over burn yourself
4th priority: Take risks, even if it people doubt you on your ability.
5th priority: A close mind is only a liability, stay hungry and curious.

Summery: Every action and experiment must have a clear and justified reasoning. This prevents reckless decisions, reduces risks, and ensure all research contributes meaningful progress. When you share what you know, and actively lean what you don't, it builds stronger teams and improves overall efficiency. As a result, the knowledge we gain/posses won't be lost or isolated. Taking breaks and managing workloads prevents burnouts. It's easier to conduct an experiment with a clear and focused mind. Progress requires stepping beyond comfort zones, with controlled decision making, you can make the impossible possible. Lastly, you must remain adaptable, always seek new perspectives and knowledge. If a new researcher discovered something you didn't, put the ego aside and encourage him to push boundaries to figure out new possibilities.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Anthony “Radio” Dosen is an Executive Researcher known for staying calm under pressure and focusing on understanding anomalies rather than just containing them. During one assignment, he encountered a strange senior researcher whose behavior didn’t follow normal protocol—someone who treated dangerous anomalies casually, made unsettling jokes during serious situations, and seemed to know more than he should. The researcher gave vague warnings about trusting procedures too much and hinted that not everything inside the facility was truly understood or under control. That interaction stuck with Dosen. Since then, he’s become more independent, relying less on strict orders and more on his own judgment. He still does his job effectively, but he pays closer attention to what isn’t written in reports, believing that the biggest threats aren’t always the ones already classified.
