096 would be always sitting down in the current room if pacified.

When breached, where is SCP-096 allowed to go? Can SCP-096 beeline straight to D-Block?:
SCP-096 can only beeline to D-block during a chase. SCP-096 can go anywhere except spawns.

How is SCP-096 re-contained? Please describe all steps of the process:
096 is recontained by approaching it, beaming it with a recontainment gun once all 096-1s have been terminated, placing a bucket over its head, restraining it and then escorting it back to its CC while having more buckets and restraints ready in case 096 breaks out.
My additional definition of SCP-096:
096 is the SCP designation number for a white, slender creature standing at a height of 7’8”. Arm length measuring at 4’9” each. 096 is to be contained in its cell with pressure plates built into the floor along with laser detectors in the room, both signaling the exact location of 096 to foundation personnel. 096 starts chasing and killing whoever looked at its face while screaming, crying, and babbling gibberish. 096 will also hunt down anybody that has viewed his face on a video recording or photograph. 096 can reach chase speeds up to an estimated 22 miles per hour. Unlike other SCPs, 096’s cell is to never have any video surveillance. 096 regularly does pacing around it’s cell and sits in the corner as well, this same behavior is seen with 096 in a closed room anywhere if 096 isn’t on an active chase/hunt. Anybody that views 096’s face is from that point on, designated as SCP-096-1.
