What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I would be the best candidate for OSA as I am familiar with the rules of the server IC. I have spent most of my time on the server playing as a researcher, and I would love to help expand it further. I am capable of writing lengthy documents, and staying professional when performing tests/interviews. I also want to help create fun role-play for the players on the server, and set-up various events that happen.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
The responsibilities of an Overseer Assistant is to complete any tasks, or assignments given by the Overseer Council, including signing documents and conducting interviews. They are to enforce the Code-of-Conduct always to all personnel throughout the facility, as well as enforcing any changes that the Overseer Council tells them. They are also allowed to authorize advanced armory usage when needed.
Please give some lore about your Overseer Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Bob ████ Buchan was born 03/07/████ to his parents, Lavra ████ Kolesnik, and
Duncan ████ Buchan in Військовий шпиталь, a military hospital in Kyiv, Ukraine. Bob Buchan's birth was an accident; he came from an affair while the Bunchan family was on holiday in Ukraine in ████. Bob's mother, Lavra, immediately sent him off to foster care to grow up, where he never stayed with one family for an extended period of time. Eventually, Bob was sent into Yavoriv Military Base, where he was held until he was ██ years old. Bob never cared for the weapons and the militarized activities, but he always saw men in white coats conducting science experiments, and he was extremely intrigued into their work. Once Bob was older and could leave the military base legally, his mind kept on the researchers he saw, and he wanted to learn more about what they were doing.
After searching on the internet, Bob found out how he could get an education, get a degree, and a PhD in Animal Behaviour and Welfare. He enrolled into an online course to begin his journey towards his PhD, and found this course extremely easy for him. After taking the knowledge he learned from that course to various interviews, he eventually got accepted into The National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine, where he excelled massively in his class, getting the highest scores in every assignment. After a few years into his degree, Bob ████ Buchan was having his lunch break at a local cafe. On his long walk there, a black Chevrolet Express Van pulled up beside him. Inside were armed personnel, as well as two men in suits. The armed men opened the door, pointed a weird looking gun at Bob, and shot him.
Weeks later, Bob ████ Buchan later woke up across the world in Site-58, which is located in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania, USA, which is a site that specializes in sapient humanoid and zoological anomalies. Bob was made one of the Junior researchers, and was forced to learn English to communicate with the other personnel in the site. Bob ████ Buchan excelled in his work as a Junior, swiftly being given higher researching responsibilities, and catching the attention of the Site Administration. Eventually, Bob was informed of his upcoming transfer into Site-65, where he could "Level Up" his research, and help learn more about SCPs. As the months pass awaiting his transfer approval, he was informed of his promotion to Senior Researcher, which he will become once he has transferred.
Before transferring, Bob Buchan was researching SCP-6968-2 when he came across something on the site-given computer that had caught his eye.

After listening to this file, Bob became terrified of of the site. He does not remember having that interview at all. He immediately rushed to the Site Advisor and demanded a transfer as soon as he could, which the Site Advisor advised him that his already requested transfer was happening in a few days.
Once Bob transferred to Site-65, he was swiftly informed of his unknown brother, Gure Buchan. They became very close, with Gure showing him around the site on his first days. Eventually, Bob Buchan would conduct a test, which was between SCP-096, and TYPE-GREEN-B. The cross-test was a termination order for SCP-096. The document was signed off by multiple Ethics Members, an Executive Researcher and the Site Advisor at the time. His plan was going as smooth as it possibly could. All MTF E-11 personnel were notified, the Executive Researcher that signed off on the document had come to watch and all of HCZ had been locked down. 'Everything was going fantastically' Bob thought.
Bob ████ Buchan was escorted into TYPE-GREEN-Bs containment chamber, hoping to explain what he wanted TYPE-GREEN-B to do.
TYPE-GREEN moved his eyes towards Bob Buchan with a horrible motive in mind. He stared at Bob Buchan and manifested a large weapon into his hands. He pointed the gun directly at Buchan and shoots two bullets. One bullet hit his left hand, and the other lands on his right leg. The force of the bullets destroyed both of Buchan’s body parts, leaving him with one less hand, and one less leg, as well as only minutes to stop the bleeding before his inevitable death.
TYPE-GREEN's containment was shut and locked, not allowing him to hurt anyone else as Bob Buchan is dragged by Executive Researcher Daniel Bob throughout the Heavy Containment Zone and up the elevator. He is then dragged across the facility into the medical center. Buchan was then rushed into the surgery room, and swiftly, a new robotic hand and leg were attached to his body. It takes weeks for Bob ████ Buchan to get used to his new prosthetic leg, but he eventually became much more stable with it.
