1. I left as 8854 after being captured (My Fault)
2. I think I murdered 2 Parawatch who were trespassing in order to protect the veil as a Sr. Researcher (Again my fault)
3. Used Thaumatology on a Site Advisor (It was out of fear and my own stupidity)
4. During the time that the server was broken and everyone was chilling in the plains we had a comedy club and I said boo to a bad joke (TBH it was a really bad joke)
5. I was cosplaying as Flat Stanley as a D-Class by making my character flat and changing the name to Flat Stanley (Honestly I deserved that one)

Why are you reapplying for Executive Researcher?
-I’m reapplying for the position of Executive Researcher because I believe that I’ve managed to secure enough experience under my belt from my last CL4 adventures to allow for me to become a powerhouse of an Executive. I believe I can manage even better than before and be able to avoid the mistakes I made during my first two Executive Activities (Also Ethics Assistant).
What makes you suitable for the Executive Researcher position?:
-Something I have noted during my time as an executive is that the majority of the time I was the only one that was active during certain parts of the day. Generally, this is because most people have lives outside of the server, and I agree that those priorities take precedence over the server. However due to me being in college I have gained access to an enormous amount of free time, and therefore have been able to log onto the server at less conventional hours in order to be there for the Research Department. This newfound freedom has allowed me to be able to observe the Research Department during its less active hours and observe those who reside within that timeframe itself. I also still believe that I have remained an example of what a researcher should be and wish to be able to contribute more to the Research Department once again.
How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
-If my memory serves correctly, I currently have 4 excellent documents currently under my belt. Now within the ways that an Excellent document is written is based on formatting. If you wrote a 50 page document and didn’t format it at all then at most it would get a poor or average rating (or even denied). However, if you create and use a proper and good looking format then you will be able to create excellent documentation without fail. However, the process will require trial and error and it will require you to understand how to write a document that is in a monotone type of feeling. First person writing is easier but it often leads to your document not being graded above a good rating at most times.
What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:
-The responsibilities of Executive Researchers can be categorized as the following
Priority Number 1: Remain a shining example for members of the research department to follow and learn from.
Priority Number 2: Teach and Inform members of Research how to create and test to the best of their ability and allow for them to experience unique and fun interactions with SCPS such as 008.
Priority Number 3: You should remember to give constructive advice to those who ask and allow yourself to take any advice that your peers can give you and learn and expand on the knowledge you were given.
Priority Number 4: Ensure that any and all tests that you approve or conduct follow the COC and the COE at all times unless given authorization from a member of Site Command.
Priority Number 5: Do not allow yourself to become bashful towards other Foundation members and remember that just because you have a level 4 card that it doesn't make you better than everyone else.
Priority Number 6: Never be afraid to stop and take a moment to collect your thoughts if you start to become overwhelmed from stress. If so, allow yourself to take a break from the server in order to get your mind in a much better state before returning back to the Foundation.
