What are the responsibilities of the Ethics Committee out of RP (e.g. what applications do they handle?):
Yobi was a GENSEC Riot Officer that was operating normally as he would. He would go on frequent patrols in Entrance Zone to make sure that the Foundation Entrance was secure. While he was on patrol, a mysterious person walked up and asked to patrol with him and he allowed it. While patrolling, the mysterious person stood by and told Yobi to wait there for a second and was suddenly restrained and blindfolded. The mysterious person then took off his blindfold and would offer him a position within the Omega-1 Regiment. He took that offer thinking that he could make the foundation a better place if he was working alongside the Ethics Committee. On his first day, he would slip up and make mistakes that he shouldn’t make. But throughout time, he would improve and strive to be a better person. One day, Yobi was walking around LCZ escorting an Ethics Committee member and was told that he wanted to speak in private. When Yobi was speaking with the Ethics Member, He was given the opportunity to become an Ethics Assistant and instantly took it. He was getting closer and closer to making his goal a reality. He then started to spend more time as an Ethics Assistant to ensure that all the proper procedure was taking place and made sure that the Code of Ethics were being enforced. After a while of becoming an Ethics Assistant, he wanted to step up to the plate and ask the Ethics Committee Director for a shot to take up an Ethics Member Slot. He was then interviewed and was able to make his dream a success.

- MTF O-1 Operative - MTF O-1 Commander. CI-Alpha.
- I have not. I have also checked with a staff member before writing this application.
- I am applying for the role of Ethics Committee Member.
- I believe I am the best candidate because I am a hard-working person, a good RPer, and a person who holds myself accountable for any actions that I have caused. I also hold a clearance 4 position and have been working with ethics while I’m on my Omega-1 position and my Ethics Assistant position. Throughout my time within the server, I have only strived to make the foundation a better place and for the people inside to follow the Code of Conduct, the Legal Codex, and the Code of Conduct. Even though I have a low Vtime, I am active usually every day unless I am working. But as of recently, I have taken a short LOA so I wouldn’t burn out but I still managed to do a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff, such as working and updating all of the Omega-1 Documents, updating the roster, and coming up with more documents. I also believe I am a strong leader and a professional person within the foundation to apply for this position. The last thing is that I also updated myself on the new Code of ethics and have general knowledge of the Code of Conduct, and the Legal Codex. Lastly, I was also given the rank of Ethics Assistant and it gave me the chance to work side by side and more closely with the Ethics Committee. It also gave me the experience of how the Ethics Committee operates on a day-to-day basis.
