Why are you applying for Medical Consultant?:
- I've spent a majority of my time in the medial department & ever since I joined I've always been interested in becoming a consultant, it's been an endgoal for me. I've tried the other departments and while they've been entertaining, medical just feels like where I click with people the most. Being a consultant would let me contribute to the department in more ways that matter, and I feel as though I would be a great fit.
What makes you suitable for Medical Consultant?:
- I try my best to mantain professionalism at all times and I make sure I do everything by the code of ethics and conduct. I know my way around the medical procedures and I am an active member of G1 who shows up to most if not all of the events. Whenever I am on site I am usually flagged on combat medic and I make sure I'm quick to respond to any codes/situations that I can. When I am not helping on the combative front I am almost always in medbay ready to help those who need medical aid. I am also ready to do any tasks/fix up any documents that need it no matter how arduous.
Please explain an in-game medical procedure of your choice:
- A psychological evaluation is a procedure in where you utilize basic questioning to determine the mental state of site/D-Class personnel. These questions are all on the standardized template found on the Department of Medicine website. This can be used to determine whether a member of foundation staff is fit to continue working in their position. A psych eval is also useful for determining and/or discovering underlying mental issues that may need medications to treat. Some other departments even have mandated evaluations for their members to ensure their well-being.
What are the responsibilities of the Medical Consultant in RP?:
- Consultants have a long list of responsibilities, first and foremost being making certain that doctors aren't committing malpractice/breaking COE and ensuring the smooth operations of medbay. They are also responsible for documentation regarding any/sensitive medical department information. Consultants should also be helping treat any sick/injured personnel who come into medical. They are also responsible for bringing new people into the medical department via hosting licensing's and CM tryouts often. You should also most importantly be setting a good example for your Sr. Doctors and Combat Medics as a role model.

-Buck Ketch began as medical personnel in the army where he received a service medal for outstanding performance, that is when he caught the eye of the foundation and was invited into the combative ranks of the medical department, quickly joining G1. Eventually with his old age he decided the consultant position would be the best way for him to continue applying his talents.
