What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
With my current role as a member of the medical and external affairs leadership team, I have been able to be apart of many situations. Some include, arrests of staff, writing documents, enforcing foundation polices and guidelines, etc. I've always been a calm induvial and never get overstressed in complex and intense situations. Most importantly with this experience, I've learned a lot of leadership skills. In which I think that in the role of assistant is very important. Including my document writing skills, as medical consultant is heavy on documentation. While Assistant also being a heavy documentation role, I think I can use the skills with ECA very well. I'm extremely hard working and will complete any task given by my superiors, never without proper reason will I not complete a task. But beyond my skills, I'm very dedicated to upholding the sites ethical standards and guidelines, making sure all foundation personnel follow such. I'm confident that with my current experience and dedication I have what it takes to become a ethics committee assistant.
What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
• Be a representative of the ethics committee
• Carry out any order of the ethics committee
• Uphold site guidelines of any sort
• Authorize AOS past airlock
• Authorize Advanced Armory whenever necessary
• Providing D-class work permits
• Reviewing other department and handling interviews
• Sign some research documents if ever needed
