Why are you applying for Site Director?
I am applying for the position of Site Director as I am currently the longest-serving member of Site Administration, having served for 10 months, 2 as a Site Advisor and 6 as a Manager. Since my induction, it has been my goal to reach the rank of Site Director as I have greatly enjoyed my time within Site Administration. I believe that my experience and wisdom in the role will greatly benefit the site as a whole. I also wish to reform how Site Administration operates internally to make us more efficient and flexible in our way of administering the site, dealing with the multitude of issues that may arise within the various departments. I also wish to continue my job of being an RP leader on-site, which the Site Director position will grant me the authority and flexibility to authorize projects and RP scenarios that my current position would be unable to do so.
To put it simply, after having been beside Jaeger for the past 6 months as his most senior Site Manager, I have been able to get a closer look at the workings of a Site Director, and I am interested. Ensuring the site runs well, making final decisions, holding votes, accepting new Site Advisors, and liaising with Foundation Command are all things that interest me and that I would love to experience. I am ready to take the next step in accepting these tasks.

What makes you suitable for Site Director over Site Advisor?:

Having been beside Jaeger for the past 6 months, I have developed a strong understanding of the role of Site Director and the limits of the role’s authority. As a Site Manager, I have overseen and guided more than three different Site Advisors, ensuring they settled into their positions smoothly and stayed on the right track. One of my Site Advisors even attained the role of Site Manager alongside me and has been able to challenge me in this role (XD #you’re great, Kennedy).
Over my past 10 months, I have overseen numerous departments, with GOI Relations being the main focus of my tenure. I have made it a point to allow department leads to run things as much as possible, stepping in mainly to assign projects from time to time and ensuring that no major violations occurred under my watch, something I am happy to say has not happened so far.
The Director is supposed to keep the site running and moving forward, and I believe I have done that and more. Numerous projects and operations have been issued in my name, including Project Bar and Trials, Project Praelectiones, Project Inspections and Patrols, and Operation Cipherwatch, to name a few.
I have also spent my time assisting Directors when they were unsure of what to do in various situations of directorhood, whether it be applications, projects, or policy-making. I have advised them to the best of my ability and contributed to the creation of numerous policies and projects too many to list within this application.
