I've received 1 warning for "FearRP | FailRP". I got this warning because I continued to break out for a few seconds when I had a gun on me, and the FailRP was given because I resisted an ISD arrest, which was not realistic. I've learned from these warnings, and will not repeat the behavior.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
Due to my extensive ISD playtime, I have a good knowledge of the Code of Ethics, and all of the other guidelines (CoC, LC, etc). I have experience being in a high-standards department, and I have what it takes to keep good relations with all other departments. Additionally, I have connections with some leaders of other departments - I keep contact with GENSEC Captains, Medical Consultants, DEA Leadership, and of course, ISD Inspectors, Commissioners, and the Directors.
I dedicate lots of time to the foundation -- having positive interactions, improving whatever I can, and learning more about the site. I have a genuine passion for improving myself and helping others improve themselves, which is reflected through my experiences with others. If I were to be accepted as an ECA, I pledge to have the foundation in mind throughout my entire journey, instead of solely myself and those I know.
Being an Ethics Committee Assistant is a big responsibility, and I will not bear that lightly. When I make a mistake, I will take responsibility, and truly reflect and review the situation to improve myself for the future. Simultaneously, I promise to de-escalate, mitigate, and solve every situation where necessary to the best of my ability, in the least biased and most fair way possible.
ECA Requires leadership. Being an NCO in CI, although not apart of the foundation, I still have the experience with overseeing and leading my fellow enlisted. To add on to that, I also have to deal with tough situations in which I have to make hard decisions. Of course, ECA and CI are completely different, and I am prepared to adapt to the new environment as quick as possible. As a quick note, I do see that lots of CI minge about and have a reputation of being unserious - I can promise that I will not fulfill that stereotype.
Roleplay is my thing. Too often, I see people who "half-roleplay" - only keeping character when it benefits them, which is both unprofessional and downright unfriendly. I will always try to solve situations in RP, and if something needs to be handled with a sit, I will do so without breaking rules such as mixing. Maintaining character is important, and sometimes challenging; however, I believe that it is necessary as a high ranking player.
Being in Research and ISD, I have tons of experience with systems such as the SCPINET, the document writing system (both in-game and on google docs), Google Forms, rosters, and other tools which will be helpful in my ECA journey.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:
Ethics Committee Assistants have a diverse range of duties and responsibilities. ECA's general responsibilities are:
- Carrying out orders from the Ethics Committee, and generally assisting them with day to day tasks. Basically, ECAs make their lives easier and take responsibility for some of the lower priority tasks so that the ECMs can focus on the high priority tasks.
- When available, assisting and helping other personnel across the site, such as ISD, Researchers, and Medical. For example, if a researcher needs a document signed, I may review the document, and make the decision on behalf of the Ethics Committee (if it is within my knowledge and power). If ISD needs to speak with an ECM Member, I may either take their place, or get a general understanding of the situation to determine of an ECM is necessary to review the situation/question.
- As mentioned, representing the Ethics Committee is crucial. ECAs are the second in command, and are tasked with the general duties of ECMs when they may not be available, or may be off-site. They are also tasked with keeping positive relations with other departments, and keeping open communications with all members of the site, when they need it.
- ECAs have general CL4 responsibilities such as authoring Advanced Armory, Approving Class-D termination past airlock, approving documents (on the SCPINET), and representing the site. ECAs have the expectation of maintaining upmost professionalism, friendliness, and maintaining positive relationships with all site staff.

Please give some lore about your Ethics Committee Assistant character and what storylines they would be involved in:
[This is my first character "backstory", and will be expanded upon in the future!]
As an ISD, Agent 'Costco' always had a rigorously logical approach to situations. During an extremely dull day in the facility, an exceptionally complex case was brought before him. A senior researcher conducted an experiment on SCP-049, which focused on discovering new methods to maintain his containment; however, the methods were cruel and bordered on torture. The researcher bent the rules, with a highly unethical experiment, as he believed that it would substantially help E-11 avoid containment breach scenarios. While most ISD agents would approach this situation by focusing on legal codex breaches, chain of command failures, and CoC violations, Agent 'Costco' had a desire to understand why everything went wrong, and dug deeper into the situation at hand. He didn't simply focus on who broke what rule, but instead deeply researched the ethical decisions which lead to the unethical test at hand. Costco documented the facts, moral justifications, psychological pressures, and long-term consequences, which were all accounted for in his final decision, and in the arrest report. While the Committee may have initially viewed Costco as a run of the mill ISD agent, after reviewing the situation and arrest report, they took notice to Costco's deeply philosophical approach to making decisions. As there was an opening for the Ethics Committee Assistant position, they decided to add him to the possible candidates, by popular vote.
