Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
I currently have threeexpired warnings due to unfavorable events that occured whilst playing as a civilian and parawatch. Both warns include RDM, of which one was due to cross fire during self defence, and the other occuring due to the result of crossfire as well. The third warn was due to my use of FL Studio and a voicechanger, which I swiftly ceased usage of.

What makes you the best candidate for Ethics Committee Assistant?:
-Leadership/Competency
I have been in the Garry's Mod community for years, in-turn I have given thousand's of hours to this game, and it's game-modes. I have spent my days from the ripe age of 13, spent in leadership positions, ranging from ImperialRP, HL2RP, and various other SCPRP servers. In this time, I have developed a seasoned skill set, one of which that takes years to develop, this skill set being the ability to lead, and show competency in numerous capacities. I have dedicated a large portion of my literal life to leading factions, creating documents and developing a skill that cannot come naturally, the ability to lead. I have shown such a desirable skill set in various amounts of capacities on this server, such as being a CI Gamma that took it upon himself to step up and lead raids whenever my superiors would inform us that we were moving out, or similarly within the Chaos Insurgency as the Intelligence Agency Deputy Director who took their time to train, recruit, and generally improve the state of the sub-division by any means possible. Furthermore, within the foundation I have shown such a skill set by being a capable role-model, and leader when conducting relations with neighbouring regiments, when no other superiors are online, or stepping up whenever the facility is in a state of constant crisis.
-Activity/Reliability
I have been in a constant state of activity during my time on this server, and with my upcoming seventh month on this server, I do not plan on ending my career or dedication to this server quite yet, nor do I plan to degrade my reputation by letting it show. I am consistently on the server, pridefully expanding my horizon's as a member of the Chaos Insurgency and as a member of the Department of External Affairs, and this is something I plan to carry over to the Ethic's Committee if accepted. I pride myself as being someone to rely on, and as a individual who can always lend a helping hand, from document work, leadership, and management. Overall, as an Ethics Assistant, we represent the Ethics Committee just as much as any other individual, and I am willing to promise that I can paint and constantly uphold the overall image and values the Ethics Committee strives to live up to.
-Roleplay
I have a strong belief that roleplay is what keeps the server afloat, and the playerbase entertained, and this is a belief I wish to uphold personally. Whilst I am not perfect, I strive to develop and improve each and every waking day I spend on this server. From my work within the Chaos Intelligence Agency, to the BORTAC division, I am heavily driven to uphold the immersion that this server induces.

What are the responsibilities of Ethics Committee Assistants in RP?:

As an assistant, we are the face of the Ethics Committe regardless of our title as assistants. We are bound and obligated uphold the proper and delicate image of Ethics Committee as a respected body within the foundation.
[Limited control of Omega-1 "Law's Left Hand"]
As an assistant, when a Committee Member or the Chairman is not actively on-site, we are given limited control over O-1 to carry out our duties.
[Ethics Enforcement and Regulation]
As an assistant, we are embedded in the Code of Ethics, and are completely based and surrounded by it. To reiterate, as an Ethics Assistant we are morally obligated and bound by our position to enforce the CoE and ensure its will is carried out and enforced.

Assistants are given the role of carrying out and delegating orders from superiors, such as the Chairman, or Ethics Committee members, it is out duty to be their proxy when they are not present.

Assistants are tasked with conducting interviews, polling and ensuring the overally effectiveness and competency of departments. Assistants play a large role with day-to-day affairs, from their commitment to the site, and its overall operations, to their indiscriminate and un-bias position to ensure nothing escapes the hand of justice and morality, held together under an umbrella of what is known as the Code of Ethics.

Cozycabin, a interesting, ellusive, and yet fascinating individual. This individual prior to his recruitment into the SCP Foundation, was one of savagery, cruelty, and unforgiving darkness. Previous to Cozycabin's employment, the individual has been shrouded in mystery and their development throughout life has been comparable to...you...could...say...a roller coaster. Cozycabins' early life was one of constant drug usage, of constant rehabilitation, our reports have directed that the cause of such events occuring in their early life were related to parent abandonment, abuse, and juveline detention in his hometown of ████ Furthermore, the individual displayed pychotic tendancies that were discovered and recorded during his senior year at ████████ Highschool upon detainment from local officials due to an incident occurring in-class. Upon requisition of these files, a flood-gate was opened in-which revealed the individuals' life upon dropping out of high school. Cozycabin consistently involved himself in gang activity and supposedly "ran" with the underground crime syndicate known as ██████ which has been linked to their activity with the known group-of-interest "Marshall, Carter & Dark." Cozycabin worked as an enforcer, his duties involved the mutilation of rivals, acts of torture, and was later on forced down the chain-of-command to a position of sorts which has been identified as one of record, and book-keeping. The cause of this is unknown, yet R.A.I.S.A officals suspect the cause may have been linked to his drug usage, and/or violent tendancies. The individuals career undertook a downward spiral, Cozycabin was often spotted passed out, involved in fights, or engaging in various crimes such as home intrusion, and drug smuggling. Furthermore, the individual continued to display tendances, one of a pyschopath, such as the mutilation, and killing of rodents, and often house-hold pets?...The individual was constantly in a state of relational abuse in-which he frequently hit his girlfriend, and often displayed outlandish tendancies. Cozycabin frequented rehabilitation for his drug use, yet no solution was apparently effective. As of ██/██/████ Cozycabin was approached by the Department of External Affairs upon his drug induced agreement with the GOI "Marshall, Carter & Dark.." DEA Operators had labled the individual as a weak link, yet useful for the foundation, for the exploitation of "Marshall, Carter & Dark" trade routes, and weapon trades. The individual was administered Class-█ Amnestics which allowed for a constant state of dormancy until he was required for DEA operations. Due to the complete disruption of "Marshall, Carter & Dark" activity within █████ and the side-effects induced by the administered amnestics, any and all prior trauma, addictions and tendancies were expunged from the individuals life. As of ██/██/████ Cozycabin was offered employment as a Field Agent, in-which he has continued his work for the Ethics Committe and the foundation as a whole. Cozycabin's seniority and efficiency within the foundation has allowed him to work closely with Omega-1 Operators, from wargames, to field operations, Cozycabin displayed a hyper-fixation on the Ethics Committe and their work. Upon deployment with the known Mobile Task Force Omega-1 "Laws Left Hand", Cozycabin was engaged in a high stakes engagement in the alpine territory of ████████ which involved the arms trade of the GOI "Marshall, Carter & Dark" and the "Chaos Insurgency", as of a result a night raid organized by Director ██████ in-joint with Chairman █████████. Upon first contact with the GOI forces, Field Agent Cozycabin engaged 4 "Chaos Insurgency"operatives in-which were swiftly wiped out by his swift acting hand. The raid on the compound was so far a success, and their was no indication of failure. According to our reports, an advanced and untested "Marshall, Carter & Dark" anti-personnel radial mine was deployed, killing and injuring multiple Omega-1 operators, and completely obliterating the targeted compound due to the explosion reaching the ammo cache. Due to the series events, Cozycabin was the only able individual alive, with multiple Omega-1 Operators incapacitated and unable to move, the Field Agent took it upon himself to carry his battle-buddies through negative temperatures to reach the nearest health care facility in an attempt to save what was left of the failed operation. Shortly after, our recovery team indicated Cozycabin traveled 6 miles before temporarily succombing to his injuries, combined with his high exposure to the elements, he had contracted frost bite. Cozycabin was med-evacuated via helicopter along with his fellow Omega-1 personnel to Site-██. Cozycabin had survived the engagament along with his Omega-1 battle-buddies, yet due to the temperatures and high altitude he was exposed to, he was met with the loss of both his legs, permanently crippling him. Exactly ██/██/████ Cozycabin was offered employment within the Ethics Committee for his heroic actions in combat by the acting Chariman █████████, in-which he has graciously accepted.
