Why are you applying for Site Advisor?
I am applying as I would like a new challenge, I have been an ECA for some time now and would like share the knowledge, relationships and passion I have for the server and community in a more meaningful way. I would also like a chance to work with new people and help bring about changes that department leads cant do on their own.
I would also like to give a meaningful voice to those who play at off peak hours and enhance the experience and smooth operation for members of site regardless of when they play and what department they are in, as I fell to many departments and players don't look at what they can do for each other and focus purly on their own needs and departmental play loops and roleplay.
What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:
I feel I am suitable for Site Administration for a multitude of reasons, namely the following:
Maturity: As a older member of the community, I feel I conduct myself in a mature manner and know how to handle hard situations and am not afraid to make the tough or unpopular decisions that need to be made for the good of a department or the site as a whole. I also know when an where to have light hearted fun compared to when a tougher or more stoic approach is necessary.
Experience: Following on from the above point, I bring with me a wealth of lived experiences both within gaming servers, the site as a whole and personal day to day experiences. I have held a range of positions within the site in multiple departments and know how both RP focused and Combat focused regiments and departments should run and what their common leadership pitfalls are.
Knowledge: I have held CL5 roles in the past as well as Jr CL4 roles in multiple departments and know how they work, what is expected of them, and through my time as an assistant I have gotten to know the leadership and general members of the departments so I have a good grasp on what they feel about their departments and what pain points they may have.
Communication: I pride myself on my communication skills both in being articulate and a keen listener, as well as being able to break down communication barriers with people. My strongest skillset is my interpersonal skills and ability to make others feel heard, as I pay attention to not only what others say but what they actually mean and are trying to convey even if it is not initially clear.
Respect: I would like to think I have a solid reputation within the site as a respectful if not a little stern person. I believe in showing all others proper respect regardless of their role or seniority on site, and make a point of daily interactions with people across all roles and departments.
Creativity: I am often providing a unique take on opportunity for roleplay or procedural changes to people I interact with to try give a different point of view on how to vary the otherwise mundane gameplay loops that are very easy to feel trapped by.
Availability: My time zone does make it difficult to be onsite during the more populated times, however I am almost always available via discord and TeamSpeak to answer any questions even when I am at work, and do my best to answer any and all questions that I get from other players quickly even if they fall on the more mundane side. I am also always willing to lend a hand or provide support to others with projects any way I am able.

Please give some lore about your Site Administration character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Damo ██████ was born to a poorer family in a rural town in the North island of New Zealand. at the age of 20 he left the shores of New Zealand in search of fame and fortune landing himself on the shores of █████████ America. Upon arriving his fortune sadly did not favor him and despite being intelligent and hard working, business idea after business idea failed which lead him to make a deal with a prominent gang family for a loan. Being unable to pay back the steep interest he had two options: take a fall for a crime he didn't commit or face death at the hands of ruthless mobsters. Valuing his life he opted to take the fall which landed him in death row framed for a murder he knew nothing about. It was at this point he wound up inside D-Block on 01/02/20██. Working hard to stay alive he kept his head down and avoided the usual riots, working with researchers he worked hard to survive his month for the elusive promised freedom. It was during this time he saw the duality of the foundation, on the one hand all the good they sought out to achieve and the lives they tried to save. On the other the atrocities the Gensec and Research staff committed daily in the name of the greater good. When the time came and his month was up he approached a doctor about working at the facility to try make it a better place, they accepted. Moving from department to department he rose through the ranks quickly his natural skill and strong physique landed him in the MTF group Nu-7 which he stayed loyal to eventually reaching the rank of Command Sargent before his next opportunity rose. Heading to bunks one day he ran into the director of Intelligence "The Pothead" whom offered him a role of which he exceled. Working hard to improve relations with the folks on the surface his skills at document writing and ethical procedures soon got him noticed and promoted to Ambassador. After being accepted as a general assistant to the ethics committee, Damon spent all free hours not attending to the members of the committee strolling the halls of the foundation making notes on all unethical deeds he saw to help provide solutions and proposals to the correct departments. After faithfully serving the committee through multiple directors he was eventually promoted to the deputy chair of Ethics. After a long term serving Damon left the site due to extenuating circumstances, and has since returned to the site. Upon his return Damon returned to Ethics as an assistant, and has seen the good work that Site Administration has been contributing towards, and made the decision that his relationships with multiple departments as well as foundation command may be better suited where he can have a direct impact in the management, ethicality and efficiency of site 65.

- Oversee the management and functionality of the various departments and Regiments within Site 65.
- Interview and appoint new Departmental Directors.
- Provide orders and support to Departments and Regiments within Site 65 to enable new Roleplay Opportunities.
- Review and Implement policy changes for the site as required for smother interactions, and operation of day to day duties.
- Create and facilitate RP scenarios for the various departments within Site 65.
- Mediate, resolve and provide corrective action for internal conflict within and between departments as well assist in disciplinary actions taken against higher clearance personal.
- Ensure that the facilities are provided for each departments Autonomy and successful operation, and self governance.
- Assist the O5 council and the Ethics Committee in the oversite of the site as a whole, and assist them in their guidance, corrective actions and operations within the site as a whole.
- Act as a bridge between Departments, Site Administration and Foundation Command.
- Enhance and create roleplay opportunities for all members of Site 65 where possible.
