I'd like to begin with my apologies. Apologies won't mend my previous mistakes but I guarantee I have improved myself over years, and have proven that by holding my first CL4 position in the Foundation. I personally believe that the warns prefacing 2024 are the ones I have improved from the most, as I was unaware of many of the server rules and even misread a good amount of them. As you can tell by the statistic, I have received drastically less warns than I had in previous years. I will now adress the 1 Day NTIRP Ban and the ERP Warning. I am currently unaware of why the NTIRP Ban is on my record as I posted an appeal and it was removed just because the ban had expired. I was never told why I was banned, I wasn't brought to a sit (even though I was on-site) and I haven't really been told much other than "I will be closing this appeal". For the ERP Warning, my Push To Talk button for Discord is Mouse 5, and for Gmod is Mouse 4. These buttons are right above and below each other on my mouse, I said a sexual joke to my friend (who I have known for 10 years in real life) on discord, and when executing the joke, I accidentally spoke in-game, pressing the incorrect button. This is truly my mistake, as well as every other warning I have received. I personally believe mistakes help you grow, and I no longer use Push To Talk for discord, Open Mic is the way to go.

Why are you applying for Director of Research?
I believe that I could carry the Department of Research out of the struggles that it is currently experiencing. I have spoken with several members of the executive team and a great deal of us agree, greatly, that the department needs a great change. I demonstrate my commitment to the Research Team through several mediums, some examples being the Chemical Research Board (with which I am heavily involved in), the research department's projects, and general research mentoring. I am applying for this position because I believe I can significantly contribute to the Department's mission by ensuring that our research efforts are methodical and thorough but also adaptive to the ever-evolving challenges we face. I am to host a collaborative environment, an environment where researchers are encouraged to push the boundaries of what is known all while ensuring their everlasting commitment to our site standards, that being the Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, Legal Codex, and the Research Codex. I'm applying for Director of Research because I know I can push our research efforts to the next level. My experience as an Executive Researcher has given me a solid understanding of what works and what doesn't in our current approach. I’ve led teams through complex projects, dealt with high-risk anomalies, and always focused on results.

What makes you suitable for Director of Research?:
I’m well-suited for the Director of Research position because of my extensive experience, my active and on-site presence, leadership within the Chemical Research Board, and my commitment to mentoring and collaboration. In the CRB, I’ve managed the fulfillment of critical chemical orders across the site, like supplying Internal Affairs with Class A-F Amnestics. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of the importance of precision and the applications of our research-based subdivisions. My experience mentoring Junior Researchers, Researchers, and Senior Researchers has been crucial in hosting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. I’ve worked with them to ensure they grasp both the methods and the reasoning behind our policies and procedures. I’ve also collaborated with fellow executives to align our research efforts with the Foundation’s broader goals. I am also a highly active Executive Researcher on-site, with this week being my most active yet, logging almost 80 hours. This level of commitment allows me to stay deeply involved with the day-to-day operations and challenges we face, ensuring that I’m always kept up with the current status of the Research Department, as a Director of Research would. Finally, my experience as an Executive Researcher has equipped me to handle the demands of this role. I’ve managed high-stakes projects involving high-risk SCPs and anomalies with the focus of achieving pleasing results. I’m prepared to bring the results-oriented approach to the Director of Research position, ensuring our research supports our containment and protection efforts. In summary, my experience, leadership, active presence, and commitment to mentoring and collaboration makes me highly suitable for the Director of Research role. I’m confident that I can lead our research teams to advance the Foundation’s objectives.

What are the responsibilities of the Director of Research in RP?:
The Director of Research is responsible for overseeing all research activities, ensuring they align with the Foundation's goals, ensuring they are conducted safely, and adhere to ethical standards. This role involves planning to set research priorities, allocate resources, and shape the long-term direction of the Foundation's scientific efforts. The DoR coordinates closely with other departments, such as Site Command, Administration, and Medical, to ensure research supports the overall mission and manages cross-departmental initiatives. Mentorship and professional development of research staff, including Junior Researchers, Researchers, and Senior Researchers, are also key responsibilities, hosting a culture of continuous learning and exploration. The DoR balances the needs of various projects with available resources, while also overseeing risk management and safety protocols to handle high-risk anomalies. Reporting to the O5 Council and other stakeholders, the DoR prepares detailed reports, presents findings, and makes recommendations based on research outcomes. Additionally, the DoR is involved in developing and implementing research policies and ensuring all activities comply with ethical guidelines, balancing the pursuit of knowledge with moral applications. This comprehensive set of responsibilities makes the Director of Research a pivotal leader in advancing the Foundation's mission.

Description of Anomaly:
SCP-████ is an ███████ ██████████ hazard that is biologically self-contained within an organically inaccessible region of ███ █████████. Prior to its discovery and subsequent expansion, SCP-████ was only accessible to ██████████ organisms and experimental artificial intelligence. Since then, SCP-███ has expanded to approximately ████% its original size, resulting in the partial assimilation of sections of ███ █████████ pertaining to visual abstraction, conjecture, and metacognition. While SCP-███ is physically incapable of being accessed by any biological entity under normal circumstances, it can be forcibly breached via experimental paratechnologies.

Addendum:
During a routine data analysis, David noticed some unusual activity in the Foundation's computer systems. David Immediately reported the instance of SCP-████ to his superiors, who announced a site-wide computer network lockdown.

Unfortunately, instances of SCP-████ had already spread onto several anomalies’ containment software, and corrupted this software, releasing several SCPs located on-site. SCPs released from their containment protocols would include SCP-173, SCP-096, SCP-106, and SCP-939-51. Without hesitance, on-site council member O5-1 ordered a full-site lockdown and was then escorted to ██████████████.

Any further information on this addendum is classified to Clearance Level 5 personnel.

I feel as if you are listing false accusations to hinder my ability to succeed and assist the site from a research perspective, which I will speak about next. The harassment tribunal was ended in my favor as I was found as not guilty, and was only insulted during the trial. I would also like to know what exactly you mean by "Toxic", I have been nothing but nice and understanding to site personnel, as well as GOC, CI, and Civ jobs. Regarding the unprofessionalism, I try my best to hold an un-biased mindset as well as maintaining my professional mindset while on-site. Given the post below,
