Why are you applying for Site Advisor?:

Within my endearing time (feels like it has been so long) I’ve seen Research through thick & thin, and have attempted to bring it to the best spot that I can possibly give using my abilities. In my time, I’ve noticed many things sprout and cause problems and in general my idea for that is to get fix the issue before it becomes bigger, and I wish to assist with either new departmental directors or old ones to alleviate their stress; after all I know first hand how stressful it can become.
Certain issues can become larger and become multi-departmental complaints/rivalries; being a tough topic for department heads who were assigned to focus solely on their department, I’ve gone through similar struggles whether recently or in the past and so I’m also applying to be one of the people that help to mitigate these issues as it can be a headache for department heads who wish for one thing and another department head to wish for another - compromises have to be made as annoying as it is.
Now from my understanding this will allow me to assist department heads throughout the site and make it easier for directors to express their ideas; promoting less stress around site for the directors & wellbeing/LARP around site.

What makes you suitable for Site Administration?:

I believe that I am suitable for this position as I have shown off a certain level of skill within my time as a Director, now of course that could be said for others, however I have been in multiple spots of high stress levels ever since the start of my inauguration as Director of Research. And overall I've put in the effort & time to show my skill and what I can accomplish. I am heavy in promoting RP and allowing self-expression and so I believe I can be a good fit if given the chance to go into this position; I am also against micromanagement for people who are directly assigned to do their roles that they've tried hard to get into. Certain skills are definitely required for positions such as this one, and I believe I have showcased these skills as the Director of Research, for example:

Communication - This is heavy when you're going to be the oversight of departments as you are required to be easy to talk to and trusted by many, I believe I have very much showed this skill through my several meetings and generalized chats with people.
Conflict Resolution - This is a very hard skill to apply when you're pushing for what you believe in, and I believe I have used this a multitude of times within meetings, as to come to conclusions.
Adaptability & Flexibility - Research is ever changing with people always wanting to leave their mark in it, as Director I have had the task of seeing this all to fruition and seeing difficult change; however that has never stopped me from persevering and not giving Research up - I believe that it is wrong to leave a department in a fallen state.
Management of personnel - Through my time I've seen different people attempt to leave their mark in RSD and some ideas have come to fruition and some not, but overall I've had the ability to cater towards them and punish them if needed; all professionally and with respect.
Responsibility/Accountability - This shouldn't really be counted as a skill, however at times where I've been wrong (and I have been with some decisions I've made in the past, with a stressed mind) I can admit it and accept this fact, and attempt to work on myself.

Furthermore, my core goal has been to push roleplay around site, this is due to most people wishing to do combative things and it ruins a lot of people's experiences who want to actually LARP. Being a Director of a department is in of itself a frontrunner for what they believe in and what they love, with me wishing to change from only RSD to actively engaging with the whole community

Overall, I believe I should be considered as a strong candidate as I have shown off my ability to work under stress and stay level-headed throughout most of my tenure as a Director, the experience of a Sr. Cl4 personnel member in of itself shows the high trust I have gained and shows that I have the capability of being both a reasonable person but also a harsh one when it comes to managing departments; and so I have the core strengths that a Site Advisor should have regarding their position.
