Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

I want to expand my capacity to ensure that the legal codex is followed on site. Give further support to the ISD operatives and agents and to see ISD reach a higher standard of work than we already have. being in ISD has become my main role when I am online and I wish to further that carreer and be in a better position to provide both to my fellow ISD members and to the site as a whole.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?

I have been in ISD as an agent/oprative for quite a while, and an investigator for several months now. I like to think I have done good work in enforcing the legal codex and to educate newer members of our department when the need arises. I feel like I could do much more to help the foundation in a higher position. I find myself on when the other Inspectors are not from time to time and would be able to expand the availability of an inspector being on site.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?

Someone who knows the legal codex, code of ethics, and code of conduct as well as the willingness to provide training and guidance to the lower ranks of the department by means of answering questions, hosting trainings, assigning tasks when there are sufficietn numbers available, etc. Being a lower CL4 puts you in a position to lead more directly with the lower ranks and free up comissioners to do their more important duties.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?

I have not written any I'd consider major, but I have written up several arrest reports. A good quality document should be clear in what it is saying, well written without grammar errors, and consise in it's delivery.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?

Dealing with the day to day needs of the department, managing personnel and fielding any issues that come up so the higher CL4s can do their jobs without inturruption while still carrying out the duties that Investigators and below handle. Patroling the facility and responding to requests for ISD as well as any issues that may pop up from the actions of department members unless it is demed to require higher authoruity levels to deal with.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security

I greatly enjoy my time in ISD, and I feel I could fill some availability gaps. I am confident in my knowledge of the Legal Codex, COC, and CoE and am willing to provide guidance and knowledge to the department as it is needed, particularly newer members who may still be learning the ropes. I'm dedicated to ISD and can't think of any other department I would want to put the time into in such a capacity.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Eckard is a former member of MTF who felt the demands of the job getting to him. Transfering to ISD and dealing with the various issues that staff cause is stressful but he finds it quite rewarding seeing the faclity run smoother for the effort. In his time in ISD he as been involved with several minor investigations, unions, and hostage situations. He takes his job seriously and attempts to educate codex violators in the err of their ways. Always willing to assist whenever it is needed regardless of risk.
