Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: Yes, I've received multiple bans and warns ranging from RDM/MRDM to Inappropriate conduct, most of these being inactive. I have turned a new leaf and have been in multiple Senior CL4 positions after improving my behavior.
How long have you been a Senior Agent for?: 2 weeks
Why are you applying for Special Agent?: I feel limited at the rank of Senior Agent, and I feel I can further my support for DEA at the rank of Special Agent with the new responsibilities that I will acquire. I do feel motivated for this position as it is a new avenue for me to explore.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?: My extended experience in CL4 positions and insight in GOIs makes me a great candidate for Special Agent. I can proficiently discuss agreements and be level-headed at all times during even the most tense negotiations!
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?: I have written 0 documents, but I'm open to learning about the workings and writing them. But, my assumption is a good document relies on a clear purpose, consistency, structure, and must be clear and concise.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?: Provide permits for MC&D allowing them to sell within Foundation, act as a voice for GOI relations within Foundation, provide tests for aspiring Agents, negotiate kidnapped foundation personnel, and lead subordinates.
Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in: el-Hajj Malik al-Shabbaz is a former freedom fighter and interpreter for the U.S. Army. While originally selected for simple translation duties, he showed exceptional skills in diplomatic work; capable of bringing together U.S. Army officials and village leaders to agreements with ease. He also had an impressive success rate in negotiations with radical terror groups.
His impeccable performance in the Middle East caught the eye of the Department of External Affairs. After a lengthy background check, psychological evaluation, and selection course. He was selected to be a representative of the Foundation in external relations. Now furthering his skills with the group.
