Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?
I first started out as a researcher when I joined the server, being mentored by Exec Gordon and him being there for my first testing I did, from there i started loving and enjoying research and playing on here.
I would love to become that executive whose always active on site when its low-pop and there isn't any other execs on when Jrs need a helping hand or someone to guide them instead of having to wait.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?:
I Believe I am suitable for researcher due to my discipline, time on the server and knowledge on SCP lore that'll be able to help within RP. I understand the innerworkings of the executive position and the activity needed for it. I also value the teamwork and communication that an executive needs with its fellow execs and as well the rest of the research department, as well as other departments keeping my professionalism even when I majorly disagree with someone. My goal as an executive is to create new RP for SCPs that are rarely if ever tested on, create new research projects for them and incentives to add more RP within the server and new opportunities of research.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?
Currently i have written 3 excellent graded documents, with a perfect graded document currently being voted on. What makes an excellent document is time working on the document, good grammar, original idea, cover everything the document is asking for like the goal of study, methodology, results, hypotenuse, a detailed researcher study over all that gives the readers feeling like they've learned something new or meaningful about the SCP and/or its behavior.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?:

- Helping and mentoring JRs and other researchers on their test/questions about the facility
- Grading documents, giving a fair grade and also explaining on how they can improve on their research documents
- motivating different kinds of research, researching on different SCPs that are rarely/never researched on (CL4 SCPs etc...)
- Planning and/or leading research projects to help grow the understanding of other SCPs and help keep some activity in the RSD

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Misty grew up constantly being compared to his older brother Claude, a natural leader and his heroic traits. Misty on the other hand was a quieter and timider. instead of going outside and playing war games with his brother, he instead liked to stay inside and read a few books, always having his nose in a book instead of doing anything else.

While his own family favorited his older brother for his flashy awards, his strength and soon his militaristic achievements, Misty's intellect often went unnoticed and was shadowed by his own brother. Finally determined to prove his own worth to himself and make himself proud he joined the Research and Scientific Division of the foundation, the complete opposite tracks of his brother.

What began as a green new researcher not knowing his way around the facility, turned more into a curious man always exited to test on something, explore it deeper and learn about it. Eventually he was finally briefed on SCP-079 and a fire lit in his eyes, wanting to understand this machine and see if he could humanize it and possibly make it an asset for the foundation after his first interview with the SCP.
