Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: yeah I have two warnings. the first was when I just started, I found a gun in a trashcan and had no idea what I was doing and got warned for mass rdm. the second was yesterday for metagaming which I genuinely didnt mean to do at all, just a dumb mistake. ive read up on the rules properly since then.

Why are you applying for Executive Researcher?: I love research, its honestly my favorite thing to do on the server. I want to be able to do cooler more advanced experiments and I also just really enjoy helping other researchers out. im a pretty friendly guy, I love joking around with people and making sure everyones having a good time and I think that kind of energy is good to have in the department.

What makes you suitable for Executive Researcher?: I genuinely care about the work and im not just applying for the rank. I get along with everyone, I keep things fun without letting it get in the way of doing good research, and I actually put effort into everything I do. I think being someone people enjoy being around matters just as much as being good at the job.

How many excellent-graded documents have you written? What makes a document excellent?: ive written a few documents as a researcher. I think an excellent document is one that actually reads like proper Foundation work, good structure, detailed findings, and a conclusion that means something. it shouldnt feel rushed, it should feel like you actually cared about what you were studying.

What are the responsibilities of the Executive Researcher in RP?: running high level experiments, helping junior researchers, keeping documents at a good standard and just being someone the department can rely on. youre supposed to lead by example and show people what good research looks like.

Please give some lore about your Executive Researcher character and what storylines they would be involved in: Troy "Picklebottom" Pigeon is just a guy who always needed to know how everything works. he got noticed by the Foundation after digging into things he probably shouldnt have and ended up joining the research department. hes known for solid work but also for always having a joke ready and making sure nobody feels stressed out. his storylines would be about tackling the anomalies nobody else wants to touch, helping out newer researchers, and just being the guy in the department that everyone actually likes having around.
