DEA Senior Agent (current) is the only whitelisted role I hold and have ever held.

I have never received any jails, kicks, and/or bans, but I have received a couple of warnings, especially when I first started playing.
What makes you the best candidate for Overseer Assistant?:
I'm not going to claim I'm an exceptional player or that I am an ultra-serious RPer, but I do engage in a lot of roleplay and I like creating good interactions. I don't AFK, if I'm in-game, I'm there to play/participate. My RP is grounded and immersive, and I try to balance realism with flexibility because I understand that this is a game, after all. Despite everything, the experiences and gameplay can only be as fun as you are. I like helping people and I'm not hotheaded so I feel like that gives me an advantage. I'm also aware of the responsibility that comes with the role, such as secrecy, discretion, and maturity and I can definitely deliver on that.
Honestly, I just want to try the position. I read that it's not a senior role, so I assume if it turns out not to be a good fit, stepping down isn't a big deal. I meet the requirements and think I could add something to the role, even if it's just bringing consistency and effort.
What are the responsibilities of Overseer Assistants in RP?:
- Relay messages from Council (or the spoofed name, Site Inspection) to departments or specific personnel.
- Monitor Foundation operations and ensure rules/protocol (IC) are being followed.
- Report any internal threats, suspicious activity, or departmental problems to O5.
- Assist in classified operations, research, and/or high-clearance meetings.
- Uphold secrecy, subtlety, and professionalism throughout the site (without interfering with Ethics).
- Ultimately, carry out anything that O5 tells me to because I am an assistant. So, just being flexible to the needs of the bosses.
Why do you wish to become an Overseer Assistant?:
Kind of like what I said earlier, I'm curious about various roles, and I believe that it is my natural progression to try a bunch of different roles to see what I like, to see what everything is like. I do like observing, documenting, and playing supporting roles in larger arcs, so I think I could make this work. If I don't get accepted, then it's whatever, even though I do want it, I just realize the reality of getting denied, like no big deal.

Overseer Assistant character:
Francis Bartholomew Venceslava is an intelligence asset within the Foundation's Department of External Affairs. Francis has advised some department heads on issues ranging from political subversion to internal policy breakdowns. His work has earned him the attention of the O5 council after a string of successful containment diplomacy operations and his courageous on-field operations.
Now operating in an assistant capacity, he continues to document and observe interdepartmental shifts, assist discreet O5 initiatives, and build rapport with the facility to ensure O5 directives are clearly communicated and properly implemented.
Storylines:
- Investigating potential corruption or loyalty issues within departments regarding the wishes of O5.
- Assisting O5 with projects (social, political, chemical, and internal reforms).
- Monitoring long-term trends in Foundation structures.
- Supporting classified MTF coordination and clarifying O5-aligned objectives.
- Acting as the diplomatic bridge between high-clearance personnel, almost like a product manager.
- Supporting or helping shape future side-wide arcs.
- Building good connections and networking with MTF to nurture frictionless and efficient coordination.
