Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
- I have 2 warnings for Fear-RP violations, these were due to me not understanding the rulings but I have treated these experiences as chances to learn and improve rather than using them to sour my look on both the server or staff team. My first warn I had few hours on the server, much less than I do now and I wasn't certain of the rules, and as a Medical Trainee I sold weapons to D-Class

- Yes, I was staff and a GM for another server awhile back.

- Yes
How many hours can you be on everyday?:
- 3+ hours a day, it really depends on when I wake up or how I'm feeling
Why do you want to become a moderator for our server?:
- I would like to be a moderator for Civil Networks SCP-RP to help and assist all members without bias and without any personal opinions either positive or negative, corruption and unfairness can damage a server tremendously and I feel if I was a staff member and showed fairness to all I could change how some people see the staff team, I have prior experience staffing on GMOD and I enjoy it, I love helping members who believe they were treated unfairly in an RP scenario or they believe the rules were broken by another member of the server.
What do you think you would be able to help us with on the server? Why are you special over the other applicants?:
I believe I would be able to help the server with not only moderation with zero bias and desire to hear all sides of an incident, but with bright ideas, concepts, and suggestions, helping other staff members when they have questions and concerns and keeping an overall enthusiastic and outlooking stance on most situations. I'd also love to go back into staffing, it was something I enjoyed and I also enjoy this server and it's members.
