What will you do to stop this from happening again:Just trying to hold myself more, although this time I think my behavior was not wrong.

Why should you be unbanned: What happened in the situation is that we were talking on the phone, I was talking on the d block side and the guy was talking on the other side, he was playing songs related to Nazism and because I'm Jewish and in my family people died in the Holocaust and I'm very against all racism and Nazism, so I cursed him and called him Fagot, the admin did a spectate on me just as I was reading He like that and just brought me a ban without hearing my side or letting me explain why, I know it was out of place but I'm not ready to be silent about issues of racism and things like that and I think my reaction in this case was justified and if the admin would have listened to me he wouldn't even have giving this ban.
How can you ensure that you won't break any other rule?: Because for a few months he didn't get any ban, so I think you can trust me that it won't happen again

This is the idealist here to offer my side of this rollercoaster of a story.

At the time I had been spectating another D-Class in D-Block who had a few reports of saying the Nword at the time. I had been watching for a good 5-10 before you had uttered the offensive word in question.

When I heard you say it I didn’t ban you outright like you state as I pulled you into a sit room and asked you why. You said it slipped and begged me to just give you a verbal warning for it but that’s something I cannot do. This had been the second time within 6 months that you have had a severe toxicity ban.

In the time during all of this no one was playing Nazi music within D-Block and you did have ample time to explain to me your side of the story.

But I do wish you the best of luck.

The guy who played the music was security on the other side of the phone, I was on the phone on the d block side, And you brought me and I said clearly that I didn't mean to say that and when I tried to explain to you what happened I was already in Ban

Without further evidence, I can't say whether or not you said it out of frustration, however I can say that it still doesn't give you the right to say it. If someone was offending you, you could have simply hung up the phone. Looking at your history as well, you have been previously warned for Severe Toxicity.
