Name: Harold Hawks
Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:231703558
Previous Rank: Senior Admin
Date of resignation?: Around November.
Why did you resign?: Stress- the playerbase was exhausting me. I would be asked if I could assist someone and they would put me down for how I did it or how long I was taking. Alongside that, folks often just threw loads and loads of hate at staff and SL and it was frustrating. These aren't things I could outright ignore because I feel like I took care in what I did and it panged to have people crapping on it like that.
Prior to this resignation , have you ever been demoted or resigned?: No.
Have you ever been kicked/warned/banned?: Two or three verbals in between then and now. Nothing else.
Why should you return / why can you now commit to being staff again?: Staff is what I do best here and I enjoy it. It gives me purpose. Around June I will be signing up again for college but even with that, I think I can meet all standards necessary in a time efficient manner. I believe I can move past what caused me to resign previously, even though I might not ignore them I can endure them, and there's plenty of good folks in the community that have kind or at least neutral things to say so it isn't a hopeless cause to think that things will go fine.
