Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: No I do not believe so
Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?:
I want to make a difference within ISD by helping the department grow and ensuring we are known for being the department that is fair and just. I joined ISD in the first place to root out corruption and maintain an environment on-site that encourages members of the site to follow the Legal Codex, including the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics. I want to become a Security Inspector in order to follow through with my goal of bettering the site and Foundation.
To do this, if I am granted the position of Inspector, I will be a guiding hand for those below me, showing them how to conduct investigations and arrests while being fair and just. As an Inspector, I would be focused on assisting and managing internal security in order to investigate any possible Code breaches and ensure all on-site staff are properly conducting themselves to the best of their ability, thereby ensuring the Foundation operates efficiently and ethically.
It has also been my observation that there is a lack of organization within the department, and I hope to fix this by properly managing ISD while I am on-site and taking command to efficiently and properly maintain internal security within the site. I will do this by ensuring investigations are followed through by investigators and deploying agents to take positions in prominent problem areas.
I will also be a guiding and instructive hand during panic situations, such as a Code 1 or a containment breach, organizing ISD into groups and setting up positions to maintain security within the site. This includes setting up ID checkpoints during Code 1s and establishing positions during containment breaches to secure evacuation routes for non-combatants."
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
My proven dedication and extensive experience within the Foundation are valuable assets to ISD, and I believe they could be of even greater use in a commanding position. My experience as an MTF E11 Captain (CPT) demonstrates my ability to direct and guide ISD operations, leading to a higher success rate when conducting critical missions such as investigations and internal security operations within the Foundation. My role as an ECA Coordinator showcases my ability to manage large volumes of personnel and administrative documentation. I can leverage this skill to effectively manage ISD duties, including guiding on-site personnel and strategically reinforcing internal security by placing ISD assets in key positions. This strategic deployment would allow us to maintain eyes and ears on site and ensure rapid response capability to emerging situations. My proficiency with extensive administrative documentation has resulted in a comprehensive internal database of knowledge, enabling me to authoritatively assist and guide ISD members toward the information necessary to conduct their duties more effectively. Furthermore, I have experience writing official documents for various divisions, which allows me to assist ISD with essential items like arrest reports. If appointed to a CL4 position, I could directly assist with the creation of operational procedures and documentation as needed. I believe I have consistently demonstrated my dedication to the mission of ISD and am prepared to fully commit myself to advancing that mission.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
The Inspector role requires an individual defined by fairness and justice, qualities essential for guiding Foundation personnel to strengthen internal security and advance the Foundation's mission. They must possess deep knowledge and experience, coupled with an unwavering dedication to both ISD and the Foundation.
Crucially, the Inspector must be a decisive leader capable of managing ISD members, directly addressing their questions and concerns, and effectively directing the entire department.
