The baby's childhood was filled with challenges, and he struggled to make friends because of his unique appearance. But his parents loved him unconditionally, and they did their best to protect him from the harsh world around him.

Tragically, when the boy was only six years old, his parents were killed in a car accident caused by a Red Dog that ran into the road. The boy was the sole survivor of the accident, and he was taken into care by an SCP IA Agent who found him wandering around the streets alone.

The agent realized that the boy was special and trained him to become an SCP IA Agent. He was the perfect fit for the top-secret agency because his camera head allowed him to capture clear images and footage in high-pressure situations.

After years of training, the boy grew up to be a skilled and talented agent. He was grateful to the man that raised him and regarded him as his true father.

The Pac3 looks quite extreme for the amount of effort put into the lore. I'd recommend putting more effort into making the lore more believable and more understandable in order for us to justify accepting an extreme PAC3 like this one.
