Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

I'd like the opportunity to do more for other departments by becoming 3 things as an Inspector:

- Foundation Newspaper Writer
- ISD G&I Liaison
- ISD Prosecutor

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:

I feel what makes me suitable for ISD Inspector are my leadership and organizational skills, my memorization and interpretation skills for the FLC, CoC, and CoE, and the fact that I have established myself positively with other departments.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:

Someone who is not just some boss telling people what to do. A true leader who's with their men and women on the ground, getting their hands dirty. On the flipside of that, someone who is knowledgeable and fair. Someone who, if you ask them something, they will get that information to you ASAP without violating any of the CoC, CoE, and the FLC.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:

To my knowledge and recollection, I have written six arrest reports and two incident reports. I wrote them in corroboration to inform a department of their subordinate's wrongdoings, and to have them on record in ISD Offices and on SCIPnet. I am also in the process of rolling out a new document for departments to use as a means of recording/documenting professional development, departmental disciplinary action, and monthly performance evaluations.

With documents like these, it is borderline MANDATORY to have them perfect, from the crossed 'T' to the dotted 'i'. Some of these documents may see the lights of the Foundation again via Tribunal, in the event of a repeat offender doing something again or establishing a line of repetitive behavior to departmental command so disciplinary action may be considered.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:

ISD Inspectors are in charge of overseeing Investigators and Agents/Operatives in their daily duties, guiding them on how to be model ISD, and they are to be the first-line supervisor an Investigator goes to in order to conduct an investigation, pending the nature of said investigation. Not only that, but Inspectors are also to assist Commissioners/DoIS with their duties as well, handling CL4 matters that other ISD wouldn't be able to handle.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:

I can apply the same basic principles of leadership to ISD and make ISD into a model department as the one I've learned in the United States Army, assisting Agents/Operatives into double-checking information, making sure they have body cam in case of tribunals, and assisting investigators in the investigation process. With the implementation of a new Development Counseling form, I'll be able to conduct progress checks on Agents, Operatives, and Investigators so I can see where they are in terms of performance and advise higher ups on what to do and where to go with said individuals.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

*Knock Knock Knock*

Utkin would lower his hand after knocking on the General Security Captain's door. After a short pause, footsteps on the other side would be heard approaching the door and, after a few seconds, would open to reveal a GSD Captain in Combat Fatigues. Of course, Utkin would know him as Captain Yuna Purge, GSD Captain and Leader of GSD's Guidance and Intervention (G&I) subdivision.

Yuna gestures to Utkin to enter his office, the door closing behind him. In a chair, a GSD Guard sat, a look of nervousness adorning his face. His radio and GSD Badge sat on the desk, and his weapons in a secured locker, alongside... A Barrett M82 .50Cal?

Captain Purge: Thank you for coming on such short notice. I tried reaching you earlier, but you were pre-occupied with an arrest-

Utkin: -which I will need to discuss with you later. It was a GSD Sergeant who I ended up arresting. I have bodycam footage.

Captain Purge would pinch the bridge of his nose, muttering, "God damn it..." as he shook his head and began pacing around the room. Captain Purge had always dealt with unruly GSD before, not that it was his cup of tea. However, it infuriated him a great deal more when it was one of his Sergeants, Response Units, or Containment Units. He held them to a higher standard due to their credentials, and he expected them to know better.

Utkin: We'll deal with it later, Captain Purge. Right now, what did you need me for?

After collecting his thoughts and composure, Yuna walked over to Utkin and stated, "I called you down here as an ISD G&I Liaison. I'm holding a disciplinary counselling for this Guard. Violation of Code of Ethics Section 1.01." Utkin would nod his head and then glance at the Guard. The guard seemed extremely nervous and was fidgeting in his chair.

Utkin: Do you have any details or bodycam on what happened?

Captain Purge: I have bodycam and was witness to what happened. The guard utilized a Barrett M82 against Class D Personnel in D-Block. A GSD Sergeant and I used less-than-lethal to take down the guard and restrain them. Yuna would take his bodycam off and hand Utkin the SIM Card to the bodycam.

Utkin takes the SIM Card and walks over to the Captain's Desk and puts the SIM into the computer. He'd run a SIM Card reader and would convert the file into a video file and use a video player to play it.

BODYCAM: PURGE, YUNA, GSD CAPTAIN
WARNING: UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS
GSD SECURITY OVERRIDE REQUIRED

Utkin: Captain Purge, your bodycam is GSD Restricted. I need you to override with your clearance card.

Captain Purge: Of fucking course it is... Yuna would walk to the computer and remove Utkin's clearance card and insert his into the slot.

SCANNING . . .

SECURITY OVERRIDE ENGAGED. WELCOME, CAPTAIN PURGE

Utkin would attempt to open the video file again.

BODYCAM: PURGE, YUNA, GSD CAPTAIN

Yuna is seen sprinting towards D-Block. His radio cuts on:

GSD Officer: Captain, We need assistance in D-Block. Multiple Class D armed and trying to ope- *DING Ding ding* OH SHIT GRENA- *BOOM*

Captain Purge: SHIT!

Purge leans into his radio and says: ALL GSD, REPORT TO D-BLOCK. COMBAT MEDICS ON STADBY TO RESPOND TO MASS CASUALTY. RESPONSE UNITS PREPARE FOR CODE 2.

SRUs: 10-4, E/R

GSD: Copy.

CMs: Copy that, Captain.

Purge stops right at the outer d-block entrance. He opens the door right as the facility announcement system blares:

CODE 2: RIOT IN PROGRESS

Purge walks in to see a Guard aiming a Barrett M82 at the airlock.

Captain Purge: GUARD PUT THAT M82 AWA-

The Guard fires into a group of 4 D-Class, the shockwave from the gun rattling the Captain's bodycam. 2 D-Class drop down, both with large gaping holes in their chest from the .50 Caliber round.

Yuna is seen pulling out a Taser, Gunfire blaring in the background as the two other D-Class are gunned down by security personnel. Yuna would discharge the taser. Both prongs attach and the Guard's body goes stiff.

Captain Purge: SERGEANT, TACKLE THAT GUARD!

Sergeant James S Carter: YES SIR!

Almost like watching an NFL Highlights Reel, Sergeant Carter tackles the guard and handcuffs him, stripping him of his weapons and equipment.

Captain Purge: Utkin, I need you at my office in Security Sector, now! He'd lean in and shout in his radio

Utkin: I'll be there soon, handling an arrest right now.

Captain Purge: 10-4.

END OF FOOTAGE

Utkin is seen clasping his hands together, both index fingers pinching the bridge of his nose. He sighs, gets up from the desk and grabs his clipboard and a pen. from his jacket. He'd return to the desk and sit down.

Captain Purge: No need. I've already written one up and printed it off.

A paper is laid infront of Utkin and the Guard. after a short discussion over the document, the Guard is given a copy to sign. As the guard finished signing, Utkin takes the document to review it:
