Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?:
Yes I have many warnings and bans although I have had 0 OOC punishment since my time as a Investigator.
I think many of my warnings had to be with me being bored or me just crossing the line I should not have crossed.
Over all I think I have improved greatly and since my last application I have learned people have seen my change over my time as a investigator.

Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?
This is a very hard question, my last application I talked about that I am improving and while that was very true towards the end I made mistakes and argued. To answer this question the best way to describe how I am right now is I am doing the best I can. I am one of if not the most active ISD member and I deal with alot of situations. I am applying mainly because of the support and the criticism I have gotten. On the outside people see me as doing everything right and knowing all the rules that I arrest for and ISD are supposed to know. This is just not true, If you speak to ISD behind the scenes I have many complaints about me. I thank everyone who brings these complaints to me as I build off all of them. My last application lets just say did not go well like at all do to some of these complaints. My goal is moving forward, I want to take all the feedback positive or negative and use it but not stand on it. This is why I am applying again despite my failure of my last application.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
In the past week or so I have been improving majorly in the prosecution team of ISD. I have gathered evidence against many people and arrested even more. My goal for my prosecution cases is to hold people accountable as its not just tech experts doing the crimes. I think this is a good quality to have, holding people accountable for the actions is a major job in ISD but doing it to people above you is a weakness to many. Another thing I am good at is adaptations to situations. For example, I have had to deal with many infobreaches. Some of these infobreaches are in d block and no one is around to show people what to do. This is where I step in to take control of d block and amnesticate those who need. That is just one example of how I adapt to situations when I am needed. Another thing that makes me stand out for inspector is my activity and response. I am always around whether that is on discord, ingame, or anywhere else like teamspeak I am always able to help. I always ask in comms if anyone needs me because I want to help people. These are a few characteristics that make a good ISD and what makes a good ISD makes a good Inspector.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
A ideal inspector is someone who is able to lead. This is because commissioners and directors aren't always online and inspectors have alot of responsibility when they aren't . Inspectors' must make sure that all ISD is acting the way they should be no matter how many or in what situation. To do this you can not just sit around and wait for some to come to you. You need to take charge and do what is needed no matter what or who is in your way. Leadership does not just mean everyone is acting the way they should be it means pushing people to exceed what they are expected of and get the extra !credit. I think leadership is the most important quality for a inspector overall because it sets a example for other ISD and creates strong relationships within the department.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
I have wrote many documents but I have not made many major documents for ISD. I am right now working on my good guys and my repeat offenders list in the goal it helps isd know who they need to keep a eye on and who they can trust will do their job to their best. While these documents aren't complete I know what makes a good document. A good document needs to be easy to understand as well as having a clear purpose to all words in the document. A document should only have in it what is absolutely needed so it is easy to understand.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
Inspectors must enforce the COC, COE, and legal codex at all times. Some duties of a inspector may include prosecution in a case if in PO, setting up patrol teams, disciplinary action on ISD below them, and investigating cl4 situations such as infobreaches. Inspectors must always preform their duties to the best of ability and must set a example for others to do the same.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
Recently I have been doing better and making fewer mistakes as ISD and I have been taking on more of a leadership role in ISD when no inspector+ is on. I have been organizing patrol teams to those who need and have been showing people around when they become agents. I also am always answering questions from other ISD and one thing I tell agents/operatives is that you can arrest for pretty much anything but what matters is what is worth an arrest and what is worth a talking to. As a inspector I would continue this path of helping other isd while still fulfilling all other responsibilities. I know how to adapt to any situation where I am needed and know most procedures for ISD. Over all I think I am a good fit for ISD leadership because I have been improving everyday with my connections and my knowledge in the ISD.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
My character's lore relates to expertise in infobreaches. Pretty much 'Advil' Smith worked for a CIA subproject which dealt with parawatches. The subproject was funded by the scp foundation. The project related to capturing, interrogating and amnesticating the parawatches. The SCP foundation then used this research to do work to deal with their own infobreaches not just for parawatches. The methods from the subproject are used in many cases within the foundation today. When the project was disbanded due to ethical concerns. 'Advil' Smith was recruited into the scp foundation into the Internal Security department. 'Advil' Smith also specializes in law prosecuting many higher ups and holds all accountable no matter what clearence.

Notes: I learned how to format so it looks cool :D
