Why are you applying for Internal Security Inspector?

Always a good starter, I'll start off with a little analogy that I always think of when I talk about the Internal Security Department. In America, the judicial branch is only as good as the people who enforce their rulings. In the foundation, I think that really does apply here. With certain internal organizations removed, it would make the ethics committee hold no power as no one is there to enforce their rulings. Now circling back to why I wanted to apply for Inspector in the first place is because I with the above being said, the ISD needs strong-willed and dedicated individuals who are able to lead the everlasting goal of executing the core documents of the foundation and the specific requests from the ethics committee. I want to be able to be a part of that core group who helps to ensure that the ISD remain functional and operational so that order may be maintained within the foundation as they say in the John Wick movies, "Without rules, we live with the animals". I know my skills in leadership and dedication will be a huge benefit to this department and be able to support the goals and objectives of this department. I have every urge in my body to get up and help our agents & operatives do the best possible job they could ever do and I hope I can fulfil that in a position as Inspector.

What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?
I have always said that you aren't born a leader, but rather you are molded into one. It starts in your childhood but really it fosters in your first jobs and your educational experiences. That is one of the crucial requirements for an Inspector as being a leader is the foundational skill for the job and not having that skill can really set someone up for failure in their tenure, but I am someone who luckily was able to experience a lot of that molding. My past and my childhood have taught me many lessons and has made me the individual I am today and a skill in leadership is something I possess. On top of that, Inspectors should be professional and hold a good work ethic which are things that I do possess. At the end of the day, an Inspector is expected to be the one that those below look up to and follow. I can tell you whole heartedly that I want to step into that position and help those who need it because I want people to succeed. That is why I think I am qualified for the role.

What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?
I do apologize, I may have repeated the answer to this question above. I guess I'm a little ahead of the game, *chuckle*, but anyways I think an ideal Inspector is one who leads, who teaches, and someone who lets their people learn in the field. The role of Inspector is not to be a helicopter mom, but rather an overlooking parental figure. I'm a religious individual and I'm not sure if you are but it is taught in many classes of Theology that God is the perfect parent, one who loves you forever and watches over you forever. I don't mean to sound a little weird with the metaphor, but an Inspector should strive to fill of those roles as a perfect parent. One who watches over their people and ensures that they succeed and are happy, most importantly.

How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?
When it comes to major, I wouldn't say I've written too many but I have written a good amount of arrest reports in my time. I think these documents are important as you need some kind of physical representation of something that occurred. Without that there is no way to confirm something indeed happened. Documents that are in good quality are ones that contribute to the goal of the foundation and ones that are detailed. It doesn't need to be forty pages long but it does need to outline the situation so that someone could read it and gain an insight into what actually happened. Like a memory that is transcribed on paper.

What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector? (in RP)
An Inspector has many duties assigned to them as they are a very important job. First and foremost they are the first-line leaders of the ISD. They are expected to be there and help their agents through any hard time that they may face. This is the most important duty in my opinion as without a leader, the flock can become lost in it's path. Secondly Inspectors help in management of their assigned division whether it be prosecution like in my case, investigations, or field training. Thirdly Inspectors are there to help with arrests as sometimes it does require someone a higher clearance to arrest someone due to the arrested individuals clearance level or a tribunal summary adjudication. While this is not a complete list, I do think those are the top three duties of an Inspector in the ISD.

Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security?
Well I think I'd be a good leadership holder for the ISD because I am truly at heart a leader. I want to help this department succeed and I want our agents to be the best they can be. It is essential that this department has a leadership team of dedicated people who want to help and I know for sure I want to be able to be a part of it. I possess a great deal of dedication for this department as I really enjoy the work it does and I enjoy working with the people apart of it everyday. It's almost like a perfect job where I don't wake up dreading to go to work, but rather excited that I do.

Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:

Henry DuPont was a single child born in a medium-class family in France and is a distant decedent of the former French emperor, Napoleon Bonaparte. Throughout his childhood, he suffered hardship but persevered to graduate high school through a transfer program in the United States of America. After returning home to France, he decided to adopt his distant relatives last name of Bonaparte. Once able, Henry entered into a university, pursuing a degree in Biomedical engineering. After gaining his bachelors degree, he wanted me and went onto pursue his doctorate degree in Biomedical engineering in Philadelphia. After graduation, Henry went on to pursue things with his medical degree but also wanted more. While working at the CDC, he learned how sometimes budget cuts and politics get involved with the work of science and was struggling financially. He decided to take on a part-time job helping people just like he did before but he wanted something more, something different. He decided he wanted to become a part-time police officer. While the big Atlanta City Police Department didn't fit his schedule, he became a part-time police officer at a local police department overseeing a nice small town just outside Atlanta. He spent a year going through a part-time police department graduating at the top of his class. He served at the police department for quite a while, eventually earning the rank of Lieutenant and overseeing all patrol operations for the department. After leaving the CDC, he also decided to retire as a police officer early as it was a very strenuous job and he wanted to focus his mind on teaching Biomedical engineering in a university. He also decided to teach the ethics class for the university given his past in a very ethical dependent job. When he was approached by the foundation, he said, "Anyone with true dedication to humanity's welfare should be considered for this position, but not me simply because of some recognition I've received.", but reluctantly gave up his life to enter a life of secrecy in the foundation. Upon joining, his medical and ethical areas of expertise posed problems that could affect him later in his career at the foundation. His past a police officer in a high crime area has put his name amongst the worst of the worst, some of which who earned themselves a spot as a D-Class Personnel. Before becoming a Lieutenant, he served as a part-time detective and was able to put a lot of bad people away which could put a target on his back. Not only that, his tenure at the police department had put him in an encounter with the foundation before. Site-234 of Alabama, which specializes in Biochemical anomalies, had an incident occur while preforming operations out in Georgia which resulted in Henry being tied up in it all. While he was one of the few not amnesticized since he didn't see enough to warrant it, but it most definitely got him on the foundation's watch list for potential recruitment. While Henry was in the foundation, the real question was, could he survive it?

Quick note here, given this character is in, by name, research and ISD, a bit of his backstory was copy and pasted to keep it consistent and what not.
