-I am applying for Internal Security Inspector because I have a strong drive to advance within my department and contribute to the growth of ISD, both in numbers and reputation. I want to take on a greater role in supporting the department’s mission, and I believe this position will allow me to put my skills and dedication to use in strengthening ISD’s presence and effectiveness across the Foundation.
What makes you suitable for Internal Security Inspector?:
-I am suitable for Internal Security Inspector because I have prior experience serving as an Inspector within the past four months, where I was able to demonstrate my expertise in the role. I also have a strong understanding of Foundation legal codes, as well as the Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct. While I may not always recall the exact section numbers on command, I am highly familiar with the standards and can readily identify any infractions or violations staff may commit. This combination of experience, knowledge, and attention to detail makes me well prepared to carry out the responsibilities of an Inspector effectively.
What do you think describes an ideal Internal Security Inspector?:
- An ideal Internal Security Inspector is someone with a thorough understanding of Foundation legal codes, capable of answering legal or procedural questions on command for ISD Agents, Investigators, detainees, and general staff. They must also be fair and impartial, ensuring that their rulings and judgments are unbiased and grounded in both the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics.
Beyond legal knowledge, an Inspector should combine the skills of Agents and Investigators while also demonstrating the leadership needed to oversee tribunals, lead high-level investigations, and provide field training or handle HR responsibilities depending on their assigned team. At the same time, they should maintain at least a working familiarity with the responsibilities of other teams, allowing them to operate effectively across ISD as a whole.
How many major, roleplay-serving documents have you written? What makes a document of this nature good in terms of quality?:
- I would estimate that I’ve written around 10 major roleplay-serving documents, not including arrest reports. In my view, a good RP document is one that doesn’t feel like a chore or a simple formality, but instead adds to the larger narrative of the site as a whole. While standard formats are useful for simple logs, a truly strong RP document should break the mold—feeling both structured enough to be credible, yet organic and even a little messy to reflect the reality of on site operations.
What are the responsibilities of the Internal Security Inspector in RP?:
-In roleplay, Internal Security Inspectors are responsible for leading advanced investigations into departments or high-level staff when serious concerns arise. They also act as a reliable point of contact for Foundation personnel seeking legal clarification or guidance on the Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics. Beyond this they ensure fairness in disciplinary processes, and provide leadership or support to ISD Agents and Investigators during complex cases.
Please elaborate on why you think you'd be a good leadership position holder for Internal Security:
-To put it simply, I am highly active and stay up to date on the ongoing developments within the server, and I bring prior experience as an Inspector that has prepared me to step back into the role effectively.
Please give some lore about your Internal Security Inspector character and what storylines they would be involved in:
-After the large scale dismantling of the G.O.I. presence within the Foundation at Site 65, I was forced to leave due to personal risk following their removal. In the time since, I have moved from site to site, lending my expertise in uncovering and dismantling criminal activity within Foundation facilities. However, Site 65 has continued to draw the attention of the Ethics Committee due to its persistent high crime rates. After much consideration, I have decided to return to Site 65 to finish what I started and ensure that order is properly restored.
