Why are you applying for Special Agent?
- I decided to apply for special agent as I feel I have adjusted and fully comprehend our roles and responsibilities very well whilst being on site. I'm applying to gain more responsibilities and a more contributional role for myself in which I'm able to contribute more of a difference within site and the division. I wish to be able to make the division more efficient and create a much more collective understanding towards others of our duties and the difference we can make. Whenever I decide to join a certain role/division I make it my goal to make it a better division and to support those within said division to the best of my ability, with this role I would be able to set a leading example of what agents and senior agents should try to accomplish and give them a supportive leadership structure as well as having a key role in initiating new agents and assessing current agents for the senior agent positions. I also would like to offer a more open minded unique way of thinking in to the department attempting to offer newer routes for RP to flourish for us and other FO/GOI's besides the normal "negotiating and combative" actions.
What makes you suitable for Special Agent?:
- I believe what makes me suitable for a special agent position would be my leadership skills, communication and adaptability to situations that may arise whilst on site. I believe I can be the example that other DEA agents can look up to as well as be an anchor point for the division publicly being able to show our effectiveness and our impactful operations on site possibly attracting newer foundation members to DEA (which would be the goal whether it be a show of power or our teamwork with other regiments).
How many documents have you written? What makes a document good?:
- I can only get an estimate on the amount of documents I have written the past couple of years which would be about 10-15. Most of the documents I wrote were as EC when having to write new Ethics policies and expectations/working with executive researchers on ethical tests and our boundaries of what we were able to conduct. Having experienced that a good document requires extensive comprehension on the subject being noted about as well as definitive details and good formatting and grammar skills whilst making the document comprehensible with visible effort put in.
What are the responsibilities of the Special Agent in RP?:
Some of the responsibilities that special agents are required to upkeep are as such:
- Taking command onsite in the absence of our Dept. managers+ such as supporting operations onsite/on surface and leading the rest of the agents in they're absence
- They are looked at to be knowledgeable, communicative, helpful and an example to the rest of the division when leading/onsite
- Help with the initialization of agents and assessment/tryout of current agents into a senior agent role
-Trusted to make quick and decisive decisions regarding negotiations between other GOI's
-Making the call on raiding GOI's Based on the situation whether its a main raid or a infiltration raid
-Take care of the MC&D's who wish to do business with the foundation furthering our goals (document signing)

Please give some lore about your Special Agent character and what storylines they would be involved in:
Jack "PEEK" Smith a twin to his younger brother also named PEEK Camber began his journey within the foundation within his 20's scouted out to become a researcher after being a prominent member in multiple archeological and scientific communities. He would go through the most aggravating studies and scientific breakthroughs working his way up to a senior member of research. Jack was known for his disagreements with the EC and some of the policies which he believed required change, indeed Jack would work hard to become seen by the Ethics council and thus when needed jack would be there for the Ethics counsel anytime there would be a disagreement or a unfair policy change jack would step in boldly and provide a middle ground for both parties resolving any unnecessary conflict with no biases. The EC would find this to be a valuable trait in which Jack would find out how important he was to them, thus launching his interests towards the ethical side of the foundation, he would work hard to find an 'in' with the EC becoming an asset to them to the point where he couldn't be told no when applying to become they're assistant. Jack would work with the EC for many years assisting in investigations and operations exposing operatives and corrupt Law enforcement making a massive difference and causing real change to departments that were cause for chaos. During his tenure as assistant the Ethics members that once were absolute had one day disappeared without a single trace to where they're existence may have vanished off to, with this he would undoubtedly be pushed to become an Ethics member but jack wanted more than just to debate with two councils about what was "right and wrong" as he was limited to what changes he could make with so many members of both councils having differing opinions on what they're foundations goal would be. He longed for righteousness and justified bloodshed of the foundations enemies watching as how there have been GOI groups who have caused much chaos and been ignored for too long by the foundation. With this in mind becoming an EC member was no longer his interest, he had decided to step down and make his way into the department of external affairs, with this he felt as if he could make "real change" with the foundations relationships with external GOI's and those who only wish to destroy the foundation and its members regardless of they're role. He wished to see the chaotic influence of these external groups of interests vanquished by his own hand, and thus Jack "PEEK" Smith's adventure as a bloodthirsty external affairs agent would only just begin...
