Why are you applying for Security Captain?
I first set my eyes on the position of security captain because my friend who used to play Civil Networks was a security captain, and I wanted to try the position myself. However, multiple other factors influenced me to apply. First, I have enjoyed my time in security and have met some pretty cool people in the upper echelon of security, something that encouraged me to apply for the position. After getting sergeant, I've pretty much familiarized myself with security and am actively working on my leadership skills and shaping myself into a proper leader security needs. Secondly, most new players play security, and I feel like I'm a pretty nice guy and I can be a good role model for what these new players need. Security usually needs some organization and I'd be glad to help out our department. Thirdly, while I have held command positions in GMod SCP RP, I would like to see what it is like holding a security upper position and experience it. Overall, I've had a pretty nice time in security, and I would like to progress within security.
What makes you suitable for Security Captain?:
First, I would like to address the fact that I may not be too active on security and too new in the eyes of others. As for activity, as I am getting more familiar and enjoying the server more, I will definitely pick the activity up and maintain my duties. While I may be a little new, I believe that I have mostly familiarized myself with security and more than make up for it with some other traits of mine. First of all, I have held multiple other leadership positions in other SCP-RP servers, of which have shaped me to the best leader I could possibly be. For example, I have been a CI Officer, Medical Officer, Mobile Task Force Officer (Epsilon-6, Nu-7, Iota-10) and a few more on servers which I will not name and are simply mentioned to demonstrate that I have experience. I have seen multiple good and bad leaders, and I understand what it takes to be a good leader. I try my best to be the most serious I can and create the best roleplay situations I can along with being serious in said situations. I try my best to be the best possible leader and role model whom lower people can look up to and take them far in the server. I am familiar with duties of a captain and I understand what I am asked of.
What are the responsibilities of the Security Captain in RP?:
- Be a proper role model for security lower personnel.
- Demonstrate good leadership and be able to organize their subordinates.
- Maintain a serious and professional attitude and persona.
- Supervise Security & D-Block operations.
- Ensure fellow security and following procedure and doing the right thing.
- Organizing sweeps and staying on top of riots.
- Host licensing's for riot & heavy weapons.
- Recruit new sergeants via hosting tryouts.
These are some of the primary responsibilities of a captain, and I agree to uphold them.

Background: James 'Recron' grew up with both of his parents in a rather peaceful life. James decided to join the U.S. armed forces, specifically the marines at 18 years old, after deciding not to go to college. James would serve in the marines for several years, becoming a sergeant before being transferred to MARSOC. On a joint operation with the SCP foundation, it was then where the foundation saw potential in him. 3 days later, he would recieve the call from the foundation. James accepted the invite, being transferred to Site-68 in 2022 as a security cadet. Rising through the ranks, James holds the position of Captain and is well respected.
