Have you received any kicks/bans/warning? and why?: 2 RDM warns, I was a techie evading arrest from an ambassador, then I stabbed them, the other I cant remember, and I also have 1 FailRP warn for raiding as a Mayor as I wasn't sure if he was similar to Parawatch

Why are you applying for the Chief of Security?: I'm applying for Chief of Security because I believe GENSEC is lacking in certain areas and aren't given enough freedom when handling C2's, many C2's could go out quicker if GENSEC were able to auth heavy or energy weapons. A few areas GENSEC are lacking in is definitely discipline, especially among the cadets, another key area is trainings and lectures as the standard quiz doesn't go over most of the dangers that GENSEC deal with.

What makes you suitable for Chief of Security?: I've been around longer than most captains, and with my experience as sergeant and knowing the inner workings of GENSEC, I believe I can make the department much better.

What are the responsibilities of the Chief of Security in RP?: They are to lead GENSEC and maintain order and security within D-Block and LCZ.

Please give some lore about your Chief of Security character and what storylines they would be involved in: During a quick sweep within D-Block a Scranton was used to seal up a hume bubble, Carter was nearby when this happened when suddenly his hands went numb, and his vision turned grey. A D-Class nearly got the jump on him before a few rounds coming from an F90 slammed into the D-Class's chest, Carter was leaning on a wall, reeling from the effects coming from the Scranton. Carter was escorted to medbay from a fellow officer while the sweep was under wraps, he was put in the recovery room while a senior doctor was called over. The doctor asked Carter what had happened which he went on to explain the incident regarding the Scranton, he also talked about some anomalous abilities he had, which was the most likely source of the incident. Carter then asked if there was any way to get rid of, or undo the procedure that caused his special traits, after all he was a member of PENTAGRAM and they were no strangers to utilizing the anomalous, going as far as to even create their own. The doctor said he would speak with a consultant and even some thaumatologists, he told Carter that he would be updated in a few days to see if this matter could be sorted.
